the ''half pigeon/ pigeon variation (the pose at 13.25 and 20.25) are impossible for me. I cant get my upper leg to rest on my lower leg at all, let alone move forward. How can i work on this? Is it my knees? I hope someone can anwser :) I started with strechting/yoga two weeks ago so i am starting to discover which parts of my body are flexible and which are not. Although I've been told by my family that I spend a long time over brushing, I can't say I've experienced sore shoulders. I get sore shoulders twisting new growth of my hair into dreadlocks so everyone's body is different.

I do yoga 5-10 before work and 5-10 minutes after work (which is 4 days out of the week). The 3 days....I do yoga once for 10-15 minutes. Flow! I’ve got full heel to but flexion in my left leg now! I had a tibial plateau fracture and all tear when I was about thirteen, and after surgery and about six months of physical therapy I decided I was done with it. Im 31 now and haven’t been able to get my heel all the way to my bum since I was 13. Now after about a month of yoga a few days a week I’ve got it. Excited to see what other movements will open up

Although I wasn't exactly very overtrained these last days I found this practice very useful just to minimize the stress I've been going thru. This is a very nice and sweet practice so that my body can stop for a minute and enjoy the gentle movement. Thank you!

I had a profound meditation experience after doing this. right after exercises, I sat like Flo did and literally disappeared. it wasn't even my intention. gained awareness about 2 minutes later and realized what happened. is this specific flow supposed to cause something like this? amazing

This was great! I had sore hips and glutes from the day before. I liked you different variations, especially in the twist. My hips do not internally rotate well and I always thought I had to squeeze the knee in which was difficult for me. I will start to keep my leg at an angle when twisting! Thanks for another beautiful practice.❤️
