Thank you so much for the inspiration. I’m a 37 year old single father and today I change my life through meditation and yoga, I will start with your beginner classes and keep updates. Namaste and Stay Blessed 🙏
I needed to hear and feel this today to put some things back into their proper place and let other things go that I can’t control. Flowing with my partners health issues is the path I must take. I can take it. With love instead of with anger and fear. Thank you.
You already know how much I love this channel but I think this here is something truly special. Please don’t let my nice comments to Bre’s guided meditation discourage Flo from doing some. To anyone reading this, I wish you a lovely day.
@@BreatheAndFlow Came back to this, so thankful it hasn't moved. because I truly needed it. I saw my previous comment and realised I hadn't seen any new ones from Flo, my mistake ?
i have been doing guided meditations for a year now, and this is my absolute favorite. your voice is really calming and reassuring, and the combination of your affirmations and the silent part really opened up emotions in me. thank you
Wow. That is good stuff. Thank you! Saying yes to life is hard for me in this season, but you helped me embrace the thought of living again. Say yes to life! 🙏 🙏 Amen!
Thankyou for this guided mediation, this one really did speak to me in so many ways; so appreciate the extraordinary work that you both bring to the world
I've been doing this almost every day for a while. What I like so much about it is the careful choice of music, the intro of relaxing and then getting into the meditation and then a PAUSE where NOTHING is said where I can sink in for a bit. Most meditation keep chatting which I find annoying. I would love a meditation like this just longer, maybe 20 min.?
Exactly what I was looking for to expand on my Expand meditation practice. Truly inspirational, uplifting, hopeful and fulfilling. A fabulous addition to your already powerful collection of meditation and yoga practices. Much love & hugs your way.
Since you’re mentioning expand, have you tried our EXPAND ten day meditation program here on RU-vid? 🙏🏽 or did you really mean in addition to the program?
@@BreatheAndFlow Yes and love it! I do 1 of the 10 Expand days every morning - it's how I started to incorporate meditation into my morning every day (along with Flo's morning routine - ya know, the burpee one!,, and a bit of breathwork too). I was ready for something more and this takes it to the next level for me. Enchanting.....perfect. Thanks Bre!!
There is a powerful message wrapped in this peaceful guided meditation, and while I am not so sure I always live up to the awareness you describe, I certainly do try. ✔💓Your message reminds me of one of my favorite poems, "The Guest House" (Rumi) where, just like you said, Brea, we should treat all of the aspects of our lives (especially the ones that are uncomfortable) with a sense of welcome and an opportunity to grow. Breathe and Flow, it's the depth of what you do, the care you put into every session, 6 minutes or 60 minutes, all of the content you share is unsurpassed. Thank you. 💗⭐
Lovely meditation in the urban jungle! 🧘♀️ Thank you for the guide to feeling solace no matter what happens around us; and to be at ease as we continue on our journey.
Is this footage from back when you guys were in Thaïland? Dope! The Symmetry and reflection are beautiful. The effort you guys put in for aesthetic always shows ;) As always, a delight to follow one of your guided meditations, Bre. Thank you, the both of you 🙏🏼❤
Yes thank you Bre! Also, might you two know any good movements to relax the face? I can’t seem to relax my face in meditation, and if I try, one side is significantly more tight 😭
Does anyone know whether tracking the amount of times you zone out during meditation as a means for tracking progress is going to interfere with the practice?
yes it will. return back to the meditation object and continue. after the session you can write down some notes in a journal, for example what topics came up over and over again. doing this for a month shows you a pattern of topics that need attention and action from you.
Hi sorry I feel like I wasn’t clear about what I want to try. I just wanna double check I’ve been reading about meditation and want to get started with it and I’m curious about the effect meditation has on your ability to stay in the present moment without drifting off into daydreaming or thinking without knowing that you’re thinking. And I considered running a little experiment where I meditate as usual but I’d have a pen and paper infront of me so that whenever id notice myself lost in thought I’d make a dash on the paper and add them up at the end of each meditation. Of course it will vary greatly from day to day and even week to week and won’t be very linear of an improvement so I wouldn’t be paying it any attention in the shorter timeframes but I would maybe take a 6 monthly or yearly average of my ability to stay present. It would be very simple to track as I would just dash a piece of paper in front of me without even the need to open my eyes. But this idea is far less important to me then the quality of the meditation so if you know any reason why the practice will be negatively effected by this I’ll just dismiss with the idea. As it’s far less important. The reason for this experiment is partially curiosity and is partially OCD about wanting to see some kind of results over the very long term
