I saw they know how to end their part. So how can they know? 16 8-beat is too much for counting. I dont talk about the next participants outside to come in because they are outside and easily to count plus they have the man counting for them

If you are familiar with the structure of jazz music it becomes more or less unnecessary to count beat-by-beat. You develop an innate sense for where you are in the phrase. That's how they know.
