To be fair, other Riders have defeated those villains in crossovers so it's not that big of a leap for Ohma Zi-O. The writers would have to stay consistent with every character if actual feats are to be taken into account.

​@Doraaaaaaaan I always felt like he should've been limited to only having all Heisei Rider power. He'd still be strong, but at least give a little credence to why the Saber Rider could defeat him

@@shahezam5517 Decade has Zi-O's powers as well. It's an infinite back and forth between them. If we're going off of Decade's fight with Ohma Zi-O, he was only at 50% power as well as likely hindered by the existence of Another Decade who is still roaming around. That special was horrible for both Decade and Zi-O and should have been a stalemate at minimum. I could argue that Decade is technically stronger as one of Zi-O's gimmicks was not quite being the same as the Rider powers he was using (basically every time he changed he's say the Rider's catchphrase incorrectly and that his powers only used a watered-down version of the original), but I'd still vouch for Zi-O to at least be equal to Decade. There's been a lot of inconsistency with both Riders such as whether or not they actually need their tools to use powers as both have been shown to skip the use of them. Another factor is that Zi-O doesn't exactly use Decade's power, more like it's just an adaptor to use extensions of other Rider powers (Final Form Time) which is usually to use the Upgrade Forms with some exceptions as not every Rider has an Upgrade Form such as Ryuki. Decade could also just not acknowledge Zi-O the way Momotaros didn't (when he took back his watch and prevented Grand Zi-O from being accessible) and prevent Zi-O from using certain abilities or reach higher power due to not having the needed requirements as pointed out by Ohma Zi-O. Ultimately, it boils down to bad writing as a lot of the time Riders are heavily nerfed in favor of the current Rider, another example would be Kamen Rider Fifteen who is basically a prototype Zi-O with how he wears Rider Armors. The excuse for Decade could be that he hadn't upgraded yet to his Neo Driver, but that shouldn't have mattered since he has been shown to be able to turn into/use powers from Riders before and after his era (Ichigo and W) as well as Riders other than main (Xaixa and G4, though through Violent Emotion form). So it's just up the the writers and higher-ups on whether or not Decade and Zi-O stay consistent or get outshined by any new Rider. Hopefully both get another crossover together and are treated properly. Would love for both to get new Final Forms, fight each other into a stalemate and then join together to stop whoever the villain was. Maybe that'll happen in 6 years when Decade's 20th pops up.

Didn't Diend freeze Decade in time for a bit in ZI-O? Also, Ohma ZI-O can rewrite reality.

The video mentions that he is not using feats from the novel, so no light speed for Muteki. However, the video acknowledge that if he used novel feats Mighty Novel X will be the Number 1

@@MunchaBuncha yes, Kabuto can go back in time by using hyper zector not by running fast And running fast doesn't make someone in Kamen Rider have ability to go back in time (Muteki in novel can move 2 times faster than light and still can't do it) And even if running fast can make someone have ability to go back in time then Kabuto still doesn't have ability to go back in time by running fast because his ability is make his time run faster not his actual speed AND hyper zector can literally open gate to travel through time Like I said Muteki can use short warp, it's almost teleport which is infinite time faster than light
