UPDATE - It has been brought to my attention that I missed a few locations of some Items. I appreciate the time taken to check out my video and the positive feedback I have received! I will be more diligent with my research in future videos. Read below for the missing item locations: Family House - The Fusebox exit is only in the upper left tunnel, and does not move to the upper tunnel as previously thought. The pump near the exit itself isn’t right next to the exit it’s in another part of the map referred to as side garden. The pump also can spawn in the back garden on the fence line just before the gate. Valve handles can also spawn in the sheds further down the drive way near the generator exit. Fuses will also spawn downstairs namely in sitting room, back porch, and grandpa spawns. Gas Station - The steam pressure pump will also spawn in front of the car garage which is right of the generator area gate, assuming you’re looking at the generator. The fuse box also spawning in the bedroom just down the hallway from the rear bedroom. Slaughter House - The steam pressure pump will also spawn in the pump storage room. Thanks to @silverstring4046 for giving me this information!
That would have been a really good idea to add crawl spaces! Maybe I’ll make a guide covering them in the future. I hoped this guide helped out. Thanks for the comment!
@@gamerize.official yes please complete the map. Have safe survivor Hotspots highlighted for general safety roaming around the map too. I've lost my head too many times in a panic and get Caught in the open lol
I noticed a few mistakes and a little more info you forgot. Here’s what I caught at least Family house- the pump near the exit itself isn’t right next to the exit it’s in another part of the map referred to as side garden. The pump also can spawn in the back garden on the fence line just before the gate. Valve handles can also spawn in the sheds further down the drive way near the generator exit. The fuse box also spawning in the bedroom just down the hallway from the rear bedroom. Slaughter house- the steam pressure pump will also spawn in the pump storage room This is an amazing video and will definitely help new players out this is just adding more information Incase someone is relying on this video and can’t find these objectives
I definitely appreciate the feedback of the video and the support to help out new players. I’ll try to be more diligent on my research of future videos. Thanks a ton!
@@gamerize.official of course! It’s a complex game and things are easy to miss. I just figured I’d do my part in helping new players learn. I started playing the day after the game came out and I wanted a video like this too haha
You are a legend dude the map with all the colored lines showing where to go and stuff makes it so easy to understand, plus I looked and you have responded to every single comment on this video, definitely subscribing
Thanks for the comment! I’m just trying my best to put out good content. I’m currently working on a basement layout guide too. It’s taking me a bit longer than initially thought, but should be out tomorrow!
The Gas Station EASY exit, technically only has ONE door u need to unlocked, cuz that first door on the right, has an open door, and if u walk to the back there’s a crack in the wall and u can run back and latch the door (if LF and Johnny, or the skinny ones can follow behind) then unlock that one door and escape
Hey, thanks so much for your interest in my content! Unfortunately I have not found a good way to create a layout guide to Nancy’s House and Abandoned Mill as the developers never released official layout maps as they did with the levels you see in this video. Ill create a guide if I can find a good way to convey the information
This video is huge for me. I am absolutely lost on every ones of these maps. Im going to print out that last frame of each map with the lines to each objective. Thank you.
Thx so much for the video definitly subbing. I only got this game yesterday and im telling people who have played since it came out where things are 😂😂😂
I feel like they should nerf the victims they have pretty good perks they have 4 to 5 exits and on 1 map all they need are 3 lockipicks to escape plus they can unlock all of them meaning u would have to gaurd the exits whille trying to play ur role and kill them . That is crazy
The valve can spawn anywhere in the map. The back garden and even front garden. Also the fusebox and pressure tank always have 3 different spawn points in every map. Learning these 3 with the perk that shows you their location is good or just through experience. Doing 2 objectives at a time will help your team out the most and give you a lot of points. They also serve as a distraction for you to do other objectives.
Really good points here! I know I missed some locations, but really good idea on using the victim perk that reveals the locations of the machines. That’s super useful!
Thank you! You can find the maps on the devs Twitter, but they don’t have the routes or item locations. I’m working on a basement layout guide this week!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m aware of my mistake with the fusebox exit and have noted it in my pinned comment. This guide is definitely not perfect and I’ll do my best in future videos to limit the mistakes. Thanks for giving it a watch!
Hey! It’s on my list of content ideas. I’m currently working on a series of videos for a different game, but will return back to TCM in the near future. Thanks for your interest!
I totally agree. A big reason why dead by daylight has been so popular for so long is the constant support from the devs. This game needs the same care for the long term
I appreciate these types of videos as they help a lot of people and are very informative but… I miss the days when people would just try to figure it out on their own. It makes me feel so scared when I find know where I’m going and I love it.
I agree with you, I love experiencing games on my own! But some players may have a harder time figuring some things out and it may discourage them from playing. Some just need a little help!
@@gamerize.official - Exactly this! Thank you! I'm loving the game but I suck at it and it is discouraging me from playing it. Never before have I gone online in a multiplayer game and knew so little about how to actually play! So these videos are a Godsend for me!
ALL BASEMENT LAYOUTS Guide | Texas Chainsaw Massacre ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0zPIpqA0pqw.html This video has the layout of the basement that has some of the well locations. Maybe I’ll create a video with all the well locations in the future
Hmmm that’s a good question! I haven’t seen them all. I know that the grandpa was a killer/cannibal when he was young. So I’m sure that’s why the rest of them are
I’m glad it helped! I’m sure it’s a little outdated, but if it can help you learn the layout of the maps a bit, then it served its purpose. I also have a video about the basement layouts if you need some help there too. Thanks for the comment
2:55 There only one fuse box exit on family house so idk what the heck your talking about saying there’s two. The high point you marked on the map is side garden tunnel. Not a fuse box exit… video isn’t nearly as helpful as others who accurately give info.
Thanks for the feedback! I’m aware I’ve made a few errors on this guide, as stated in my pinned comment, and am sure there are other videos out there with more accurate information. I created this video shortly after the games release and probably should have spent a bit more time with it. My eagerness to help others learn the map resulted in some errors. But I hope those other guides out there where able to help you fill the gaps. Thanks for the comment!
Hey! Other than a few missing Fuse and Valve Handle spawns, everything in my pinned comment addresses the aspects of the guide that are incorrect. Everything else is still up to date. I also have an up to date guide for the layouts of all the basements if you want to check that out too, it may help. Happy gaming!
I didn’t make any pngs of the maps but I can work on it! I’m currently working on a basement layout guide and I will be sure to add links to those maps when I release the video
Can someone explain how Leather fan can be randomly in the same room as you in the beginning of the game? That’s happened twice with the rest of the family in the basement too
I believe in the family house he spawns very close to one of the victim spawns. You almost need to get out of your bindings as quick as possible despite making noise
you missed a spawn location for pressure pump it can also spawn in the back yard or it can also spawn in the back where the ladder is that leads to basement on family house
Thanks so much for the input! I’m aware I’ve missed some things in this video as stated in my pinned comment. I’ll be more diligent on my research of future videos
Thanks for showing interest in my guides! Due to the fact that I have moved away from the game and my knowledge on new content is very limited, making an updated guide isn’t on the horizon for the near future. This may change down the road, but I am focusing on other content at the moment. Thanks again!
@@gamerize.official If you ever want to test it out and make an attribute breakpoint video, I noticed that 34 proficiency and 30 stealth let you grab a shiv or lockpick in a single click without releasing. It goes so close to the line, the first time I thought I went overboard.
No clue why they didn't just give you an in-game map. It wouldn't give you an advantage over player who already memorized the map, it would just shorten the time new players are clueless. Exactly how it was in Friday the 13th. Nobody was complaining a map ruined that game. Or at the very least, have a practice mode where you can roam around the maps alone to learn them. At the absolute very VERY least, give players a simple compass just for basic sense of direction. Yelling, "They're at the gen exit!" means nothing to a new player and they won't know where to go. Yelling "North side!" would help them.
I agree! Having a compass would be ideal to help with learning the map but keeping the mysterious nature of it. Maybe they’ll add something in the future
Oh god though, mention anything like that in the Steam or Reddit forum, and you will have the "git gud" mongs descend on you. People who think you should have to "earn" your map knowledge, but probably just want to preserve their advantage. And that's the thing with matches. I'd say right now it's 80% map memorization that determines who wins. Actual skill and perks are a distant 2nd and only become a factor once map knowledge is even.
Yeah once the game has been out for some time and most players understand the map, perks and character selection will play a much larger role. Thanks for sharing your opinions with that game!
The victims are being kidnapped. Their items will be definitely stripped off from killers. It won't make sense the victims to have compass by default, I agree thou, if the players are able to find a map and compass in the game that put on table that may intensify immersion. If they can add free roam mode in the future, it would be awesome to learn every corner of the game.
@duabuibui4764 totally agree! The immersion of really being lost and having to figure out where you are and how to escape as a victim is spot on. But some thought out mechanic to help navigation would be nice for new players
You forgot to mention in the video that the fuse box exit only stays open for a minute or two, so you have to book it down there. I’ve never successfully made it before it closed if I was upstairs and had to try to find it. It’s always closed by the time I can find it. Seeing how you have to find a fuse, then get to the fuse box without getting caught, open it, so you have to have both a lockpicking tool and the fuse, then figure out which colors go where to open it, then run all the way down and find it before it closes, without getting caught, I don’t see why people say it’s easy for victims. 😅 😂
You’re right, it’s very hard! I actually just released a new video of the easiest escape on each map and there’s a reason the fuse escape didn’t make the list 😂
one tip for you theres a door that leads straight to the fuse box exit like when you go down the stairs turn right keep going downstairs then turn right again and your almost out important note that it really helps having that basement exit open beforehand or things could get deadly real quick also sometimes its smart to not play to defensive and just go for it you can outplay and juke killers hits kinda like in dbd it really just comes down to playing alot youll get the hang of spawns and map layout the more you play even without a vid like this though it defo helps newer players
I’m glad it helped out! Here’s another video I made focusing on the basements of each map so that you can be a true master of the whole layout. Hopefully it can help just as much! ALL BASEMENT LAYOUTS Guide | Texas Chainsaw Massacre ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0zPIpqA0pqw.html
For house. Pressure pump is not next to escape gate. It’s near the outside ladder. So they have to run in the house and out the front exits to escape. I’ve also seen it spawn outside of the back porch when you turn to unlock the back gate.
5:09 incorrect infomation you can avoid the gen altogether by simplely going to the shack to the right of the red lit fance theres a white picket door through it theres brown and red marked door pick that lock and your out side no gen needed.
There’s another valve location in the family house, back in the garden and another fuse box in another room in the opposite side of the one you marked in the house. I’ve seen three spawns of pressure valves and boxes in all the three maps, so take that in consoderation for an updated version. I want to mention another video idea considering the dedication of this video, I think you could be interested
Thanks for the feedback! Now that the game has been out longer, I’ve been catching some things I’ve missed. I do appreciate your feedback and I’m always excited to hear any video ideas!
@@gamerize.official i dont know if you had noticed the low difference in the stealth attribute in 50 or 40 lvl, it’s literally non existent in terms of time but obviously in 40 you can see the noise bar rising up. I was thinkig in a video of a deep exploration of this attributes and which level are they worth it or if they are even worth doing it, the one that increase your ability in lock picks for example, is noticiable faster in level 50 but not a huge advantage in terms of seconds and definitely you can use those points in something more useful.
@@gamerize.official sure man, loved your channel. I forgot to mention the distance covered or regeneration in the endurance attribute as an example but i bet you'll figure out in how to explain them all. Probably you can continue with perks builds with all that compilation based on each character strenghts and weakness
@the420manfromhallesaale6 if you’re stacked up against good killers, it can be pretty brutal. But if you put a squad together, you can dominate the family
They should remove the 5th exit in gas station because if you don’t have eigher a cook or a hitchhiker your already lost if the survivors are good and know it exists.. especially if there’s a Connie in the lobby😅
Not watching the vid but will give the comment section engagement by saying the point of the game is to figure it tf out and its a design choice. This microwave generation is shameless play to get better and more familiar with it and enjoy smh.
I agree with you in the idea of playing a game and experiencing it myself, I absolutely love it! But this video is for people who want a little help so they can enjoy the game even more. I appreciate the comment for the engagement!
@@gamerize.official fr lol I don’t even make noise and he manages to find me lol.Yet it’s like the same one that I got away from the video is on my channel if you wanna see I honestly don’t know how I lived
you missed some spots for stuff such as battery or gas pump, for example in gas station the gas pump can spawn all the way on the oposite side of the map on the other side of the shed from the house
Thanks for the feedback! I realize I’ve missed some spawns as I noted in my pinned comment. I appreciate you letting me know of other pump locations and I’ll do better on my research in future videos!
Great point hear! The perk does definitely help when it comes to the items. The layout and route to the exits can still be a bit tricky for some. Hopefully this guide helps those players and but. Thanks for the comment!
You always play to their strengths. If you are ana or leland for example. Have the perk that makes it so if you win a struggle you instantly get back HP, Or they recover HP when hit and not hit again for a few seconds. Leland is good to run the perk to decrease grandpa's levels because if you do it and a family member is on you, you can stun them before they can retaliate, stab another in the back with a bone shard if need be, lower grandpa's levels and dip and spend a lot of the game baiting the family members on you while your team escapes. If you are ana some extra endurance perks help too, especially when vsing sissy. Such as the faster movement when going through crawlspaces and others. She is good to be played stealthy or aggressive and is also good bait. Connie, Julie and Sonny you can build them to be more stealthy. Julie on the other hand has that stamina ability that means its okay to use her for bait too which I prefer to do. I made my Julie aggressive with more health because I hate playing stealthy. I'd rather be chased and possibly killed than crouching in bushes and unlocking doors.
@@gamerize.official You are a life saver!!! I can’t tell you how many victims have survived due to going around in circles until I luckily stumble across a shed door, so knowing where to look for victims as well as the shed door locations would be great! You just earned a new subscriber, and again THANK YOU
might be a dumb question but when more than one location is marked, for example more than one handle location, is the handle spawning in one of those places or all of them?
Not a dumb question at all! I know they won’t spawn at all locations in a single match. I believe a fuse or handle will only spawn at a couple locations per match, although I’m not sure on the exact number.
It helps to know the maps but it also helps if people would pick more than one door in the basement..... Been killed so many times becuase other teammates don't pick any doors I'll pick 2 then dip then get stuck at a door no one picked when I'm being chased.... I can't believe there's people that think just because they aren't Connie it's not their "role" to pick doors..... Someday this community sucks
I agree, that can be frustrating. That’s when having communication with your teammates is nice, but isn’t always an option. I think as more players get use to the game, solo queuing as a Victim will be more consistent.
Lmao, you complicated the fuse exit on gas station. While going downstairs from the main building make a right and just hug the walls until you make it to the exit. There's no need to go straight and make all of those turns.
@@gamerize.official Np, regardless this is still a very good video. Believe me when I say this, your video would've come in handy if I would've came across it a week sooner. ....
You were totally wrong on the pressure valve tank spawns. 1 is side garden (not right next to the escape), 1 is back porch area and the last 1 you got right, next to driveway.
Yeah, this is just missing a lot. There are 3 spawns for each valve and fuse box locations and 4 total fuses and vavle handles. Great visuals and details, but you're missing quite a bit from this video.
Hey, thanks for the comment! I’m aware now that I missed some things as I said in my pinned comment. But I do appreciate the feedback and will be more diligent with my accuracy on future videos
@@gamerize.official all good. Didn't see the pinned comment, but was just letting you know. Still informative, but lacking a little bit. And the game is still pretty new, so you got out a good video that I'm sure helped a ton of people (myself included on some valve handle spawn locations).
