I still go back to Mario Kart DS; I like to play it on Wi-Fi with custom servers, and it still feels as fresh and innovative as it did when I first played it when I was 5. (It was my first one too!) Since MKDS was the only Mario Kart I ever played, I always just love how it makes it sound so intense with that final lap jingle, it just gets better with it

so my ranking 9 - DS Beta - i dont like the beat behind the final lap jingle thing 8 - N64 - its fine but the others are better 7 - GBA - its fine but the compression 😭 6 - DS - the beat from the beta being removed makes this a lot better imo 5 - SNES - pretty simple i like it 4 - Wii - can i just say i love the chaotic feel that this and the star theme have 3 - 3DS - just a better version of 64's (its even got the drumroll at the end) 2 - Wii U - yeah this is good 1 - GCN - i like the suspenseful feel of this one
