I’m not enough of a cinephile to debate who was the better actress, but I do know this - In comparison to her older sister, Joan Fontaine had a longer and much more successful television career. As another one of the A-list actors who appeared on tv during its infancy, Joan continued acting on the silver screen throughout the 90’s, in a variety of guest roles, soap operas, and television movies.
