I recently traded my 22 OBX 2 door in for a 24 OBX 4 door. Best decision I’ve made! I loved my two door but we’re going to have a family soon and two doors just wasn’t practical. There’s some nice subtle changes in the 4 door. With that said, I highly doubt they’ll go hybrid for 25 model and even if they do, cool- ull gain 1 mpg a gallon or 30 miles a tank. Cool. Helpful 😌

You lost me at Hybrid... Why would anyone take a hybrid, with sensitive electrical systems, off road? Is Ford going to cover a battery that gets wet, while crossing a stream? I think not...

None of these features are planned for the 2025 model year. In fact, no 2.3 hybrid powertrain exists yet in Fords lineup. The Maverick uses a 2.5 hydra i3 for its hybrid and the F150 powerboost uses the 3.5 v6

I was just in Uwharrie and the Broncos didn’t display the ability of the wrangler. There was a large entourage of Broncos there for an event and my stock Gladiator did everything the Broncos did. I couldn’t keep up with the Wranglers either.

Not my experience at all in Moab stock Gladiator had hard time doing the trails I was doing. It just did not have the Approach, breakover and departure angle it needed to keep up with my Sasquatch Bronco. It would need 37s to do what my Bronco can do on 35s.

@@rodneyburt8843 the approach angle is excellent on the Gladiator. Of course it’s a truck so break over and departure suffer. All in all though they do quite well. Maybe you need to come visit and show the Bronco guys here how to drive! Lol

@@edwhite4992 you are correct approach is good. I have done a lot of off road in Bronco the last 3 years and I generally go with Jeep guys and I have not been disappointed in the Bronco at all. The Jeeps cannot keep up in fast off road but they do excel in the rock crawling.

I miss the true fullsize broncos. Built on a half ton chassis not a ranger. Frames around the door glass, rear glass rolls down into tailgate and solid roof over driver. Ford trying too hard to make it a Jeep, keep your removable top and doors and give me a rugged suv that can still tow a boat, go off-road and don't have to crank up the radio to drown out the wind noise please FORD! Oh yeah, don't forget the V8!!!

It sounds very practical. I think Ford needs to invest in Lincoln. They could use the bronco the big one. Create a new model. I think you should call it Lincoln airline. And offer all EV make it very luxurious more than Mercedes G wagon and make it more serious than any supercar off road

@@michaellowell4115Ford sold like 1500 trucks across those two models. Nobody bought luxury trucks with useless beds. A lariat F150 is luxury with a useful bed.

@@MineGames131 I am a salesperson for new and certified preowned Ford & Lincoln products at the Dealership I work for and tbh my 1/2 ton truck segment hasn’t slowed where I live geographically Trucks of any size will never die in the south😂 but I can agree that if Lincoln made like a 2025 Blackwood 1/2 ton, it’d be literally $100K easy and probably hybrid

Because the US is too cheap to pay for cosmetics and quality performance alike combined, whereas China doesn’t care about quality, but more cosmetically appealing. 😂 But truthfully, I’ll have to admit aside from production costs, I wish we got most foreign versions made in the USA.

I’d rather have the Jeep rubicon, but I do like this, I question how reliable the ecoboost is, the tierods are weak on the bronco.. I’m curious if ford fix that?

@@vincefairleigh6899The tierods have only been an issue in cases of people putting larger tires than designed on unmodified suspension and steering. For example a Sasquatch that comes stock with 35s breaking yhe tierods when upgraded to 37s.
