In a very fast car, and 4C and this Alpine they are, there are a lot of things to do when you drive fast. Simplificate the gear changes, is a good idea. Anyway, in the Alpine the transmission is manual. You change when you want with the paddles. Only dissapears the clutch pedal.
I know it is fashionable and a trend to put a display in instead of real dials but i think the dials of the old A110 looked better. Still the new Alpine is first french car (currently produced) that i'm interested in.
Cheap ? Have you see the price and quality at Lotus ??? Compare with price of Porsche, wit hthe same price... no exclusivity, no performances, no options, and no ...lightweight... Please reconsider with objectivity... For the design.. you're right with your mind... it's subjective aproach but not the majority ... sorry for you ;)
That one French girl is hot! I guess this brand will be competing with the Lotus Elise? It looks like it's going to be a expensive little car, maybe they should mass produce it to lower the price and compete with the Miata, 124 Spider.
no rodders im not kidding. lexus soarer/2010 kawasaki zzr1400 lights. from the side it looks really generic like a hatchback/roadster hybrid thing or a shortened audi r8. pause @ 1:06 - might as well be an audi. i dont like the stance or the shape at the back. Jesus those wheels... the only thing they got remotely right was the bonnet and the...colour maybe? i could go on but really, anyone that prefers this new one to the gorgeous old one - you're a pleb. You know not how to appreciate cars.
