Wow even Recology SM is trying this body out? I love Heil trucks but a lot of Republic yards in CA and NV got these but the drivers didn't like it. Ours was a diesel and the arm would lose pressure all the time, it would knock over cans a lot, arm would squeeze the cans and it keep the bins from emptying all the way, the Halo mode once went haywire and once the camera saw a can it would work on its own without the driver setting it to that automatic dump mode, that truck is no longer in our yard. If your yard buys these I hope you guys have better luck with them.

Their people brought this over and we've had for about 2 weeks. I didn't drive it but was told by the driver who drove it for few days didn't like it due to it's huge size and bad turn radius. Also he mentioned that the arm is not as good as the Python ones and the fact you can't drive it faster than 20mph from the right seat was kind of dumb. At the end company is not getting these ones at least for now

Mack's are known for having notoriously bad turn radius lol. All of our new zrs the drivers except 1 lucky one complains about the bad right hand turns the macks make.

most garbage trucks have two steering wheels to allow drivers to operate from either side, improving efficiency and safety when collecting garbage on the curbside and picking up trash cans
