They are leader of their respective sentai but not the show Ninja red and spade ace are the main character ninja white is technically the leader due to having fighting experience while big one was given the leader role by spade ace later in the series so in a way yes and no

@@Astrea946 About Big One, it's common misconception. In most case, Big One commanded other members from HQ, or took covert action alone to support other member. It is only once that five JAQK fight together. The leader of rangers on site and main character of storyline is Spade Ace, but Hiroshi Miyauchi(Big One's actor) had an overwhelming presence, and the audience on that time didn't have the concept of "Extra Ranger" yet. So, many tokusatsu fan who have never watch JAQK have misunderstand that "Big One is main character in the last half of storyline". Speaking figuratively, Big One is "fighting Zordon".
