The fact that D'arby calls it "The Ora-Ora Thing" implies that it's happened enough times that DIO's minions have talked to each other about it. They don't understand it, just that it's probably appeared on some powerpoint presentation slide labeled "Joestar Group: Worst-case Scenarios"
considering that there are a few cases in part 3 where the narrator describes the villain who got jotaro'ed as "retired / unable to fight" implies that they're not actually dead and could easily have informed the others
@julesedelweiss Yeah jotaro doesn't kill any of the stand users maybe besides Impostor Captain and Strength because he subconscientiously holds back, with Dark blue moon he mostly drowned and Strength had a full pin blown through his head
Part 3 is set in 1988, just one year after PowerPoint for Mac was first released (there was no Windows version until 1990). DIO's henchmen must have been really up to date with modern tech!
@@dani.2479the beatdown trend started in part 3 with dio, it killed kira in part 4, it also killed diavolo in part 5, if i remember correctly it hit pucci at some point before made in heaven ruined it, funny valentine also dies to it, and i didnt read part 8
Dude it's literally a two letter difference and I'm sure the other 41 people who liked his comment knew what he was talking about. No need to be this uptight (no wonder the JoJo community gets a bad wrap😂)@@Raidraptor_-_Ultimate_Falcon
Remember, surviver doesn't make the people around them stronger, just angry and eager to fight. So those two guys have faster punching speed than most stands.
you forgot one! In part 2 when Kars gets thrown into the volcano he armors up and does a rush attack to break the stones leading up to Joseph and Stroheim.
can we just take the time to think about that this person took the time to put a common attack in power type stands in almost every episode in jojos bizarre adventure?
@@diobrando4024 To be fair Star Platinum, and any other stands in its realm of speed/strength can casually punch holes into people like Jotaro did to DIO. Not denying Sticky Fingers' and Purple Haze's rushes are more brutal/visceral tho.
@@thecollector4753 yeah, that's why i said "..simply..". I'm not denying the potential and raw power of Star Platinum punches, it just that unlike the stands mentioned above he didn't do anything quite unique along with his barrages
idk man, giorno is guaranteed death within 3 punches it's established early on that just one punch from ge puts the victim in a state of hyper-reactivity, and that just two punches after that would cause them to die by shock just from sheer pain
gotta love how every time josuke uses crazy diamond for something other than regeneration e.g beating the shit out of a bad guy, the video quality just kills itself
Just wish Part 7 and Part 8 didn’t use Ora as their Stand rush cry. Ora was always the Kujo rush cry, hence why Jotaro and Jolyne use it, the same way Dio and Giorno use Muda. No disrespect to Johnny or Josuke 2.0, I just prefer them having original rush cries, especially with broken Stands like Tusk Act 4 and Soft and Wet Go Beyond.
I forgot if it was a mistake or not that star platinum was split into 3 to fight enyabas zombies, but if he could always do that and there are actually 6 arms he could have destroyed dio much sooner
Yoshikage Kira suffered so many beatings, even when he changed his appearance, I fell so bad, but at the same time, he blew up random girls and kept their hands, so not really
I FORGOT THAT WHEN JOOT FIGHTS HIEROPHANT HE DOESNT JUST KICK HIS ASS HE BLOWS OUT THE SIDE OF THE FUCKING SCHOOL AND SWEEPS THE FLOOR WITH HIM 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀 also! jojo totals: jonathan-1 joseph-GRAND TOTAL OF NONE jotaro-28 (+1? jolyne w/ star's disc) josuke-40 giorno-13 (19 w/ each of the chunks of the 7 page muda counted separately) jolyne-31
