Does it help Devon to let people pull him almost to the pad then reverse them and bring them all the way back? is it a strength building exercise for him?
Hey Per how much do you weigh? I'm currently 60kg BARELY Lol I looked up some of my lifts and it says I'm "elite" LOL whatever I know it doesn't all translate to the table but I might be an okay sparring partner obviously you'd destroy me a first but I might surprise ya
I'm around 130 lbs right now. I should weigh more based on my frame. My goal is to reach 155lb within the year or two. All lifts mean something and alot of them are complementary but i would say prioritize your tabletime with various pullers (smaller or bigger) to get better as a new puller

That's awesome we're both on the same journey no way I'm supposed to be 130 at 6'3 yep it's beanpole city over here lol I feel like you can definitely hit 155 I went from 119 to 180 in less than 9 months but I didn't exercise at all and would get winded walking up stairs couldn't do a single pull up not a one. I can probably do like 2 now lol but my biceps and forearms are decent. I love your content and I really appreciate the advice. It'd be sick if we both got to 155 and pulled one day. 💪💪
Nicely spotted. Still concerning for devon if he can't pin a guy at all that he used to be able to easily hold in the center. (Ofc back then he was heavier and fully juiced...)
I know he's fasting, but Devon seems extra weak at the moment. It used to be almost impossible to even budge his arm. Now complete randoms move his arm with ease and even occasionally pin him. Any high-level guy he pulls completely straightens out his arm too.
I'm sure you have a great group of guys there. I was talking about top 10 guys. When you look at team Georgia all those guys are super high level@@culliganator
I love Devon but I can’t understand why he always looks so homeless and is always barefoot or wearing those weird sandals lol. Dude would have even more of a mainstream influence if he pulled himself together a bit lol it’d be better for arm wrestling.
