The thing I enjoy the most about strictly as someone who’s not really a fan is when they get to movie week. It’s so interesting seeing which ones they pick, how cool the costumes/surroundings look and how they put elements of the movie into their dance. The more they seem to really know it, the better! That’s why the only one that struck me as a bit borderline strange was the Back To The Future one, because a lot of these dances are done in a very couple-like fashion and this one portrayed Marty dancing with his mother.
The Body Guard and Spider-Man were the best ones. The Body Guard was just good and passionate like it should have been, and Spider-man was thought through and well choreographed with many original spider moves.
