Greetings, friends. I hope this video finds you well and in good spirits. Spring is nearly over here, and there were a few moments I wanted to capture - the better to savour them and let them linger a little before we move on to new ones.
Let me underline, in case it isn't obvious from the video, that if it ever sounds as if I have mastered this art called Life, please know that it is constantly a work in progress. When I say things that are seemingly directed at you, it is as much a note to self. We're in this together! I hope you're able to savour some joyous moments and to let go of the other moments - and to reside somewhere in the middle in a state of (some) equanimity, at least most of the time. Namaste!
