Hey y'all! This video was highly requested from my last video on the new Miche mousse. As promised, here are all of the mousse stylers I have in my collection and the styles I think they work best for. I didn't include links for all of them this time but I did list all the products I mentioned below. That Texture ID foam is definitely a hidden gem! I did a braid out using that on top of the styling cream from that line and when I say that braid out was set!!! 😱 Zero frizz and lasted for days. I’m just mad I hadn’t tried it sooner.

Interesting! I have never been a fan of that styling cream and never understood the hype but I haven't tried it with the foam. Maybe that would make me like it... Definitely worth a shot!

I agree with you about the difference between mousse and foam. The only one that I’ve tried is the Doux. I need to try others. Great video

It's such a random difference but something I noticed haha.. there are definitely some great mousse/foams out there that are worth a try!

Thanks for the informative video. I use the Camille rose honey 4 in one styler mousse. Sorry it didn't work for you in a wash n go. I pair it with the honey leave in from the latte collection. You are right, it is sticky. Once it dries, I love the shine.

Miche said you can use Sculpt with Set. I’ve used it for WNGs and it is amazing together. I’m loving how quickly it dries. A fav now. I have 3 Sculpt I need more Set. Waiting on a sale.

After trying a couple foams/“mouses” I agree some are better for wash n gos versus twist-outs. I’m still trying to try a couple more to see which ones I like for a twist-out with good medium hold but enough volume and texture for it to last 4-5 days.

Great video!!! Thanks for giving me some great ideas for pairings. The Doux and Design Essentials are two of my favs. i usually love all things Camille Rose, but I wasn't a big fan of the honey mousse. I'll be checking back for more videos! Happy Holidays!

I love Texture ID but I am not sure about the chemicals in their formulation. It gives me perfect results. Other foams that I have tried are either sticky or drying to my hair. I will be trying Miche set. Thanks for your review.

Thanks for this! Every now and then I remember that my hair loves mousse and I dig out my small collection. I love the “not your mothers” mousse, but also Giovanni has a great styling foam with really good ingredients that has a nice hold with volume. Even though my hair is in the tighter curl category sometimes gel makes it stringy because it’s not as dense as it appears ,so mousse is a great option for volume and stretched look. I’ll have to try some you mentioned

Loved the video!🥰 Hands down Miche, by fa, gives my 4B/C hair the Best wash and go and longest hold, minus the frizz. I've been topping my mousse with a botanical gel by LA Giovanni. Also, using the Giovanni silicone serum to combat frizz. Love, the shout out to ALove4Me, huge fan. Question, when pairing your mousse with gel which do you apply first and what silicone serum do you use. Much Love, Lisa

Thanks for watching! I usually do gel first then mousse. I don't really have a specific silicone serum I usually just get whatever I can find. I recently had one from keracare but I just got one from mixed chicks I haven't tried yet

Great video. I use mousses as my main styler for my curly hair, so it's great seeing all of these options in one video! I love the Design Essentials one for a wash and go, but I'm looking to have more options.

I've had the Moroccanoil curl control mousse and Mizani styling foam wrap used on my hair in a salon. Each used as a one and done. I definitely want to purchase the Moroccanoil. My hair stayed moistured for days.

Interesting! I haven't used either of those. I know Lori Anne from MadCurls likes the Moroccan oil one. Maybe I'll give that one a try. Haven't had the best results with mizani products but I've never used their foam

I love a good foam…. I’m loving the Design Essentials and TGIN Rose Water Foam, gives me definition and plenty of volume. I want to try the Doux very soon, TFS ✨✨ also what is the name of that Silicone Serum you both like to use during the summer ?!

Ooh I never tried the TGIN foam but I wasn't a fan of the rest of the rose water line so not sure I will. I believe the one Achia used is the Paul Mitchell skinny serum and there's another one she has mentioned that's a little more affordable. I tried one from Keracare their silken seal liquid seal, I got it from Sally on sale and it works well for heat styling and for sealing my wash and gos

I believe the 'no oils no butter' is referring to usage of raw oils and butters; not oils and butter well-formulated into haircare products. I love this video, not enough type 3/4 naturals compare mousses' for wash n' gos. This was super helpful, thanks!

Yea, not a lot of mousses can be one and done for me. I think the only one really was the Uniqurl one but that was for a twistout. I don't think I would do a one and done mousse for a wash and go.
