I think you have missed the main point slightly. This isn’t a business feud. Tati isn’t upset because James endorsed her competitor. She’s upset because his actions prove that he’s just as much of a greedy social climber as everyone else (besides Jeffree) in hollywood has proved to be. Yet another friend who has no loyalty

I personally feel like Tati overreacted a bit. It seemed pretty obvious that James Charles just threw that ad together backstage or wherever but also as far as I know he wasn't contractually obligated to take Tati's vitamins, he was just promoting them as a friend. Therefore, it should be perfectly acceptable for him to slightly promote something else where he makes a profit himself.

Sugar Bear Hair, the vitamins James promoted, have more sugar in the ingredients than ones that actually do something for your hair, skin and nails. So they’re literally substitutes for candy. Tati’s pills on the other hand, I have bought and repurchased because of how much they’ve changed my life. I’m allergic to the hormones in dairy, and get large cysts on my face and body when I have even the smallest amount of dairy. When I’m taking Tati’s kiwi vitamin, I can eat dairy without the allergic reaction. My skin is clear when I am taking the vitamins. I’ve had a long battle with weight loss, and losing weight completely dairy-free and on a college budget is ridiculously difficult. I’m deficient in essential weight loss vitamins because of my dairy-lacking diet. So when I’m on her vitamins I lose weight at a healthy rate. Honestly, I get very emotional talking about how her vitamins have changed my life. To see her friend feel the need to be paid to promote candy over his friend’s near-miracle vitamins, is crazy to me. It’s a cutthroat world and I don’t get how people can have a good conscience when they do these things. Props to Tati for talking about her feelings and remaining true and honest to her subscribers when sister James isn’t very truthful or honest.
