Same. My computer science class uses windows 10 and that sound is so friggin common. Although when the WiFi was hacked, we heard the windows foreground just so much and now just barely.
The reason why we keep hearing this is beacuse a bunch of new updates available that change basically nothing other than "bug fixes" and "peformance improvement"
Killor Fire Shocking There is, but you definitely shouldn't do it, bc if you try to execute a virus, it will directly execute it instead of warning you

Actually it's disabled by default, and its another sound, you have to enable it through "Sound Settings"(double click the sound thingy, and then you go to sound settings). Then you activate it, and you'll find out that it IS the Windows vista/7 startup sound, same thing for Windows 8/8.1(they think that is the logon sound but it ain't that's just the logon chime.)
When you insert a usb drive I always heard this sound... 1) Insert a Usb drive [3:12] 2) Then... They give you this...(Normally) [3:35] At my PC every time I heard this *First* [3:09] :(
@@planesofhawaii go into control panel and change sound settings then find the battery critical box click on it the change it to critical battery sound then click apply then its done👍🏻
Loved the alarm 5 and 10 sounds. Alarm 9 haunts me with nightmares. Alarm 2 should've been the startup sound. And 8/8.1 foreground sounds more better than 10 foreground.
Actually the correct windows 10 startup sound is actually Windows Vista / 7 Startup Sound, but it's disabled by default, so you have to enable "Play Windows Startup Sound" in the Sound Control Panel and also there's no shutdown sound!
Good thing you uploaded this. Windows cuts out some of their sounds in system sounds to where you totally can't hear them. It's so stupid. I was tryna find the menu command sound by how it sounded cuz I didn't know it's name.
Gosh, these are actually really nostalgic. My first laptop had Windows 10. Used it for my first experiences with the net. Now I use Windows 7. Sounds are getting repetitive in 7, kinda like these sounds.
As much as I love Alarm05, I would run the risk of oversleeping it if I were to set it as my alarm ringtone. I would also set Ring10 as my default notification ringtone.
The Startup Sound is actually the Windows Vista Startup Sound! I know this because I used to have Windows 10. (It ended up being destroyed due to lag on the day I started my RU-vid channel.)
Windows 10 (Windows 8, Windows 7 and earlier but focus on Windows 10 for now) is built on Windows Vista, which Windows Vista is built on Windows NT. (Windows 10 = Windows Vista = Windows NT) But mostly, I think Windows NT Is used for the Kernel instead.
