Allen Stone is one of my favorite singers, yes soulful voice, bit it's his lyrics and his flow that make him unique in my book. His take on the truth when it comes to life in American and social justice is on point. Everyone Needs to listen!!

I saw Allen Stone as the warm up for Hall and Oates and Tears for Fears. Just him with a guitar and a loop board. It was amazing! People there paid attention.
I love this artist!! The song is so socially cautious!! Like you said Allen This artist is so deep and soulful.. and he is not going to let it be diminished by big time executives... It’s so good to hear pure sound.. instead of junk pile that is simply just loud, noisy and no substance!!
I generally dislike reaction videos , but since this man is a real musician there’s actually a lot of meaning behind the feedback he gives. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover ;)

Trust me, I feel you. I am a white, poor woman. I see and feel those who are such elitists they have no idea what it is to feel and pray every day to feed their children, to move out of poverty. Fighting every day. Getting the education THEY said I should, and still knowing the uphill battle I have to climb will probably never be achieved. God knows, no one can ever say I did not try.

Great performance and we’re all privileged to be born in America, but I didn’t like the line “I don’t feel right being born white”. Nobody should ever feel ashamed of who they are. It’s ok to be proud of your ethnicity, no matter what it is.
