A band that has shaped music for years. I listen to them my teens now I am 67 years old still do. There were personal changes tragedy and triumphs Best always the best music

I’m so glad I saw this version of the Allman Brothers in the Beacon Theater around this time frame. I went with 4 of my friends in a rented limo ! Two of my buddies that went have passed away, one was murdered protecting others and the other died of a massive heart attack. Live every day to the fullest while your healthy friends. We all loved the show that night and the Allman Brothers didn’t disappoint. I’ll never forget that night and two lost friends.
So sorry for your great loss.I saw them at the Savannah Civic Center,around 1975.In the end,the folks that have given love freely, really never die.Cherish and re live those great memories. ✌️

They came to town every year and every year me and my buddies would go to the show. It was like a big party with one awesome bad ass band. Grateful I have those memories. Having said that I wish they were still around. I miss them immensely. Still have Warren. See him every year. These guys were the real deal no doubt❤
More than music.An Allman Bros.show was an experience. Saw them years ago in Savannah. They were fantastic. They had no peers.Long live,The Allman Brothers Band.
The ABB came back to life when Mr. Haynes joined the band and in the 1990s they were able to get close to the original sound. But once Mr. Trucks, who is an excellent musician, replaced Mr. Betts it was never as good, but still worth attending.
Started listening to these guys in’70-71 and then got stationed down south; my introduction and love for southern rock started then and I’m glad for it.👍
That is the soundtrack of my life! I could listen to them all day long. My god, those two guitarists were smoken hot and killing it. Phenomenal Performance by all. So sad I never got to see them in concert 😪
If you saw the Brothers when they had their run at the Beacon you know that those concerts were a right of passage. Spring right around the corner and good times ahead.
This band was and is so influential to my life. Its a long story but I moved out of my hometown to St. Pete Florida because of the chosen Family I met going to see these men at Wanee Fest. We love and miss you Greg!
👏 I’m amazed at how freaking talented Derek is, while not being an emotional/emotive 🎸ist (like Steve Vai in his earlier yrs. for example). THIS was from 21 yrs ago, and having seen him in a TTB concert within the last couple years, hasn’t changed. He makes it seem so easy that comes naturally - he was blessed ✝️ with an incredible gift 🎁 imo 70ish y.o. opinion. Haynes too is the same and I 💞 them BOTH!

I'm certainly a "purist" from way back when, Duane and Dickie, legendary, but Warren and Derek? Come on, you really can't get better than that... Insane skills
👍 I agree Trucks and Haynes are both still 🌟 amazing and talented 🎸 + 🎤ist’s today! I never had a chance to see Warren live, but did see Derek in the TTB concert in ‘22 or ‘23 (IDR which year), and was blown away by his talent, and Susan’s too!

My aunt took my too multiple allman bros shows at beacon probably 26 years ago I was 13 or 14 I remember when we left I told her hey I recognized that smell from your apartment lol she was like no answer never mind I probably had a contact
The kid? Not dissing Warren but The Kid is insanely good as well. I've seen him live 4 times. Twice with ABB and twice with Tedeschi Trucks. He's not harsh. I've seen Warren 2 or 3 times. Also insanely good.
