I clean and peel a lot in one go, then cut it in chunks and put it in the freezer. Then I blend it with coconut water, celery, cucumber and carrots. Yummy!!
I have experienced so many good things about using Aloe Vera for many years. It's a miracle plant that I always keep one in my house. Making juice from it is something I also prepare regularly. It's so refreshing and tasty. I hope you try it and share your experience with us. For detailed instructions: gourmetvegetariankitchen.com/2019/10/29/aloe-vera-how-to-prepare-and-make-3-juices/
I just gulp down a piece first thing in morning alternate days. Tiny piece. Its has warm effects in body so should be taken in very small amt but regularly And avoided during hot summers. Also if combined with Amla, another miracle fruit, it does wonders.🙏👍
Pealing is easier & more quickly for me with my potato pealer in one peace, first the thornes ... & it takes a thinner peal away. sometimes I freeze it, because when I get a big plant with maybe 27 petals... & I do love to put it in my self made Cashew-Coconut-Kefir-Molke (or even regularly morning smoothy), to make Lassi, with quite some ginger juice, lemon juice, Marple syrup - (tastes for me even better than with honey) for covering the bitter taste & sometimes to give it an other taste I add Gomasio into it. this tasty Lassi refreshes, cooles & cleans a lot. Got addicted to it.
Thank you very much for sharing all of these details, and I'm glad to hear the potato pealer works well for you--I played with that technique a bit too and will have to keep it in mind for the future. Every combination you mention here sounds so wonderful and tasty just reading about it:)
Kindly ,Could you please name this aloe Vera type? Can we grow it inside the house or in country of cold temperatures like Norway? Thank u so much for your time.
