Someone wanted a Dokken cover so here it is. All the guitars are me. 100%. I d/l a backing track that had bass, drums, keys and vocals and no George Lynch so I thought I'd pretend to be George. I got a good tone on this one.

Hey bro I'm 50 and this was the he first song I learned to play all the way through ( besides Black Sabbath ) of course , I was born in 69 got my first ,,first act sunburst with two separate pickups in 79 and didn't even know how to tune I , but naturally being raised in Alabama I was already into Sabbath and Kiss ( serverly ) I wanted to be ace frehley so fucking bad ,,,,,, and dude ,,, watching your videos remind me so much of myself just jamming like hell until I have multiple grooves in my fretboard fingers , I play every single day and after 30 years I taught myself cemetery gates this past weekend , I would really like to hear your cover of that or shock me from Ace Frehley , there is no way to Deny the true passion that music invokes on a true soul , and there are times I sit and crank up grand funk or Styx and my head just starts banging instantly and I see folks sitting there like a fuckin turtle on a log in the lake and I think ,,,,,,,man if this doesn't make you move then you need to be in the ground cause homie yer FUCKIN Dead ,, so anyway man I really enjoy your videos bro , and like the prince of darkness OZZY says YOU CAN'T KILL ROCK N ROLL ,,,,,,ITS HERE TO STAY !!!; keep jamming yer ass off my brother and take much care
Man. Who are you and where have you been in life. You obviously love to play. Iam 63 and miss the 80s so called hair band days. So many great voices and musitions that got a bad rap. I love to play around with my guitar, but damn man hats off to you.

Yes, I was a Dokken fan because of George. His sound was brutal and his playing was amazing for the time and he wasn't the most technical but it just sounded so raw and metal like his amp was about to blow up. haha

lucky you! I would have been happy if I had been there. Although by 84 I was already playing most of what those two had done technique-wise (minus some of that crazy fast picking Vivian did) plus Van Halen for years. But I would still have been a little awe-struck.
