That notions of hell are often based on religious affiliations to suffering, pain and torment in a very physical manner. Real hell is to be confronted by truth so pure it burns through us. In this case, to know the greatness we could have known, but to let mundane distractions and excuses get in the way of reaching that full potential. That is hell.

Sometimes I think to myself when out observing people, humans are so amazing. The struggle and strife of life, the traumas we bare and still we keep living and trying. The deep dark secrets we keep and all the things that give us joy and relief. Humans are amazing, each with a unique face and body with a signature of emotions. In a busy and often dangerous world we survived and all have a story to add depth to this world. Even in death I believe we all truly never die. Humans through pain, fear, love, hope and vision find a way in a world of no promises. Even if you don't believe so I think you're amazing for being apart of this eternal mystery called life.

Being alone is such a peaceful experience, I've learnt to really enjoy the feeling of solitude and embrace it when I can, it brings me clarity in a noisey, crazy, world, when I sit with nature and I'm alone, the feeling of bliss that surrounds me, it's like coming home.

One day I read a quote: "God gives the hardest battle to his strongest warrior". I'm not a religious person, but that quote gives me a lot to think about. In a way it could answer a question that obsessed me for years: why some people are alone? I've spent all of my life trying to escape loneliness, but always I run back in my cold space, where I found my self again. Loneliness is one of the most terrible enemy that you can face in your life, but only when you understand that the only way to overcome it is to accept to be alone, than all the pain goes away. So, if you are facing loneliness today, remember that you are facing it because you are strong enough to resist, accept it and live free.

I often hear the question asked. “If you were to travel in time what era would you go to?” I don’t want anything dramatic or amazing, I don’t want to see how to world unfurls in the future. I don’t want to see what earth was like when dinosaurs ruled. I don’t want to know what it was like when war raged on. I don’t want to see the world after global warming defeats it. I just want to travel back to a single moment. I’m probably three years old. A dog teddy called banjo clasped in my hand. I’m standing on a sandy beach in mount monganui. The wind is gently ruffling my hair. I am completely at peace because I know nothing other than the moment I am in now. Small smiles and big laughs fill the silence. My parents love me. They adore the simple ness of toddlers. I would like to pick up my past self. To tell her, I know you aren’t worried, but it’s going to be okay. I want to be able to speak truthfully. To know that I will be happy in the future. I want to see myself gaze up in confusion and to have this memory fade as they grow older. I want them to know in the back of their mind however, that life will be okay.

Society says "if you don't act like this or look like this you are lower”, Jesus shows "all the broken, lost, depressed, hurt, outcast, bullied, come to me and I will give you rest for your souls” People will tell you “you are fine” no, you are broken and lost and you need help from the only one that can literally do anything. Maybe you are feeling just numb and hopeless, just dead inside (spiritually dead), just a walking breathing corpse, what’s the point? There is only 1 person who can help you, and you don’t have to try to earn His love, you can come to Him in all your mess, and this person knows the worst about you yet loved you the most to die for you, His name, Jesus. I think part of why that is is because no one can truly know what it's like to be anyone else. Empathy enables us to respond to others in appropriate and helpful ways, but deep down I think we each know that our experiences can't be fully communicated.

If every human represented one square meter, we'd be able to squeeze every human into an area the size of Brazil with space left over. The Earth has a total land area 17.6 times more than that. There were people living in some parts of Russia that only recently learned the USSR had dissolved because they were so isolated. Really, it was only until the invention of the internet and the world wide web that people started to really be able to connect with people outside of their normal travelling distance. I, for example, have only traveled outside of my state a dozen or so times. I've spent the overwhelming majority of my 25 years in the same 20-25 mile radius. And there are still plenty of roads in that radius I've never even seen. The world is a big place. A big, relatively empty place.
Sometimes being alone gives the true meaning of life rather than being with fake people. Never been so good at being alone but now I just enjoy being alone, no more people no more emotion and no more problems.
When I hear the call of the void, I no longer feel fear, but peace, knowing that I am in a place that is so silent and tranquil that it is audible again.
Thanks to social media, I don't think we loners understand the true meaning of being totally alone anymore. When I lived alone between 2002-2005 I didn't have a smart phone. Social media didn't exist. The internet was kind of lame still. I think having social media would have made me feel less isolated.

Every time when I close my eyes and listen to the music in this video, I can’t help but burst into tears. This kind of music can help me create a strange scene. I see my grandpa, who has passed away for five years, wearing white clothes. Chopping wood and working by a small stream, I seem to observe him through the gap between the branches, very peaceful and beautiful, he kindly showed me love and kindness, without any language, I know he is waiting for me in that world

Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b) Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour! “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) Your Story What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son. The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. Eternity begins soon - Are you ready? “...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31b) “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “(...behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2c) ****************************** This testimony has been made into a gospel tract. I lay in the bath breathing deeply. The mellow tune eases my breath and takes me away from the discomfort and repeating thoughts. I've had covid symptoms for 5 weeks, I live alone and my girlfriend ended our relationship. Turmoil and pain is all I've known for weeks. It only hurts becaue you arent resilient enough, because youve never trained for this.

I lost my husband 2 years ago when he was 45. I know the intense agony, and I am so so sorry you are dealing with it too. Just when I felt like I as climbing out of the darkest depths of mourning, Covid came and thew me back into my grave, covering me with soil again. Still trying to dig myself out, once more...the pain and loneliness is enormous. You are not alone, and I send my love and support. x
I've struggled with loneliness and overthinking all my life, it makes it harder for me to accept when I'm alone because i know that's when the darkest thoughts can creep in. I suffer from severe loneliness and I overthink every thing I can’t sleep I work crazy stupid hours and I forget what I’ve done…. I’m inattentive and have bad memory loss I tried to take my life once and I will never forget that day. I just tell my self to push forward and never stop. Lovely sentiment. In a way it is inspiring to see so much suffering and hardship. People would have every reason to be bitter and selfish and cruel and to rage at the unfair hand life dealt...but we're not like that at all. There is so much kindness and love, generosity and sacrifice, bravery and solidarity. People so often comment on all the darkness in the world but, if you really look, it fades into insignificance next to the light. Your Faith/god esque optimism mindset is really disgusting. "Why did our 3 year old daughter die from a brain tumor?" Im sure it was gods way of telling us to bound more etc "Hmmm what is god trying to teach the starving children in africa?" Maybe that they shouldnt be so lazy & get a job & then they can have food. LOL The universe is random & unpredictable. You can be a good person who is loved by everyone & who helps his fellow men only then to get stabbed to death over 100 bucks during your evening walk in the park. my anxiety is so bad my chest hurts from all the deep breaths i've been taking. i have finals in a day and i've been studying very hard getting little sleep. i was trying to take a nap but my anxiety got the best of me. i keep telling myself i'm going to be okay but then i feel like i'm suffocating, and it's so frustrating. i'm going to try getting some sleep. anyone reading this, please remember i love and support you. we can be sad and angsty together if u want to💗

I was abused all through my childhood, lost 6 relatives over the course of my life. Lost my soul mate in a car accident. I have no real friends I hang out with besides 1 online friend. I've raised 2 special needs step brothers as their parent figures becuase their father is dead and their mother is, lets say a joke. Both don't speak, nor understand me most times. And I spend countless hours a day trying to make others lives better thru my content online, but yet I feel more alone then ever. 😔

As someone who's been basically alone their entire life and has never truly had anyone close beside a select few online friends and my GF, this music was what I've needed for such an extremely long time. This music spoke to me, not the surface me, but the true and actual me who's been alone since age ten, nearly a decade of my life alone. And this music spoke to that part of me and simply said "Sometimes, it's ok to be alone. Sometimes it's all we need." And for that, I thank you. To anyone who's reading this who believes that they'll be alone for the rest of their lives, know that you'll find someone eventually. Even when having people around me, i still feel alone, i'm not part of this family, friends group, or any kind of social group, even when having people that talks to me, i just want to be completely alone, no problems, no one saying things that bothers me, no one asking me to do things that i don't want to do, no one, absolutely no one, just me, and the ambient, maybe some animals to experience nature purely, that's all that i want in life, peace. I wish i didn't have this insomnia or this weird somnambulism, i wish i could sleep and rest like if i were normal.
my girlfriend reads to me every night over discord. were long distance so its not perfect but its better than nothing. we found this ambience while trying to look for music to back her reading because i cant focus well without it; thank you so much for this beautiful mix, its really set so many scenes perfectly and im so happy for the time i get to spend listening to her and this combined. 💛

Me. My daddy passed away 2 weeks ago from a long battle w covid. I witnessed my fathers death thru a zoom meeting. I'll never forget watching him take his last breath. Hearing the death beat on the monitor. Watching the nuses remove his Ivs & disconnecting my father. Time was like slow motion. It will forever hurt. I screamed in so much pain as they removed the ventilator from his mouth. I dropped to the floor as blood splattered everywhere while removing the ventilator. They put the sheet over his entire body. Last but not least the nurses said "you're father passed away exactly at 11:26am" I screamed & screamed & closed my laptop. My father was my best friend. I was daddys girl. Any prob I had. I ran to him. He was always there to lift me up. It's hard to live with his last moments in life. I just found found out i have a terminal illness. I'm devasted from loosing my daddy. But it brings me peace that I will soon reunite with him. I can't wait to run into his arms. Life with out him is scary. I no longer feel protected. I'm sorry if i came on RU-vid to vent. I have no one else to hear me out 😔 God bless you

This morning, I woke up and started working from home. I poured a cup of coffee and started playing this music in the background on my headphones. As I listened, I placed the warm mug to my forehead and closed my eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun flooding through my window. Thanks for helping to make this morning so peaceful
Recently i noticed that my soul and mind are running away from this feelings and everything that's going on in my life. My heart beats so fast for no reason i feel like that i have to run somewhere where i have no idea where it is but I'm drowning and all i can do is to spectate the life around and keep falling in to abyss and i close my eyes and just let it go. Everything has fallen apart in my life and too tired to fight back and just accept the pain and let it damage my soul and mentality but at the same time looking forward to see the light. Something is calling me that made me feel uncomfortable about my life. I always been loving and caring towards people around me because it calms me down but when I'm all alone i see that it's just me and i always feel like i can't fit in because I'm a spiritual person and most people around me are far away from being awaken. I'm silent pretty much all day cause I don't know how to convert my feelings to words. Peace and love to all you beautiful people. Stay safe ok?
It's ok. Meditate on it and let the universe and your soul guide you. It's telling you to take a break and heal. Silence will help tune out the external noise and help you find gratitude for just being so that you can open up to the world again. I recommend go sitting in the forest under a tree all day and connect to the wonder of life all around you. I find that trees are very wise about life. Then go sit on a cliff at the top of a mountain all day with amazing views as far as the eyes can see and wonder at the grandeur of life. The vibrations that will flow through you will lift you.
It's God. We've all been separated from him because of our sin. Lying, stealing, hatred are just some of our many transgressions. But he made a way for us to be forgiven and be with Him again. Jesus Christ was innocent of all sin and paid our penalty when he died on the cross. He rose again three days later and sits on the throne. His gift of eternal life and escape from His wrath is thru the narrow gate. We must repent of our sins and trust in Jesus to meet God before we meet Him on judgement day after we die. Amen
