First it’s great to see you so healthy. You’ve had quite a life so far. I agree with you and your book that we truly having a comfort crisis. We are so comfortable that we no longer rub up against our wonderful nature from which comes our strength. I keep coming back to the realization that discomfort is motivating. I’m nearly 70. I sold my SUV and bought a motor scooter. It rubbed me against nature again. I love it. I live in a 6x10 foot micro cabin with a sleeping loft. It’s size forces me out into nature more. I find that being a little uncomfortable is good in so many ways. Thanks for the inspiration you bring to my life. It’s precious.
Nature is so beautiful I also love looking at trees it’s just so peaceful to me. I’m glad to see your doing well and also taking care of your mental health is so important♥️😀

I Adore you Stephi. I wish I had traveled like you before starting a family. Now my kids are grown and we have to many responsibilities. 4 years ago when our youngest son graduated my husband and I sold our home and traveled the country for 3 years. It was amazing but we're back to reality. We messed seeing our kids daily. We live in the mountains of WV and our favorite travel spot is the west coast mountains. So happy you're back and doing so well. Keep living your dream, you're a AMAZING women 💕

It occurred to me when you were talking about the trees. You can call me crazy, but I think the trees were actually calling to you. They are an amazing way to get grounding.
