Vettel should've been driver of the day in Abu Dhabi. As far as the entire season, Alonso had a great one no doubt but Vettel and Red Bull were true heroes as well for never giving up and fighting until the end, particularly in Abu Dhabi and Brazil. Hope to see another title fight like this in 2021 where the champion is decided in the final race and Red Bull win again

Mind you, Senna only complained about engines in 93 because Ford would only give them customer engines and give the best to Benetton, it wasn't until Donnington where Ford decided to equip McLaren with the same engine as Benetton, but still, it was a 100-120 hp disadvantage towards Renault. And he wouldn't have complained about electronic aids because his car had them too (traction control, adaptive suspension, auto/semi auto gearbox). If watch the races from Brazil, Japan and Donnington you can hear the traction control working when he's flat out in some corners.

And they only hate him because he is from spain, and the same happens with carlos Sainz, and even with Iñaki rueda who is just a engineer. I don't think english speaking people hate alonso that much because they only judge him from his talent and what he has done in f1, and not from his flag

Celador 14 2012 my favourite season because of 7 different winners in the first 7 races, the mighty V8 engines (which are better than the v6 engines) and a championship decider at the last race of the season between two incredible drivers/teams
What a genius moment at 1:10. He knows the exit speed is the same as well as the speed, takes the foot off the throttle, takes 1 second of slipstream and has more speed
Fun fact: Alonso raced in V10, V8, and V6 hybrid eras. And along with Magnussen raced with every engine in hybrid era. And raced with Schumacher (Michael) and his son, Verstappen (Jos) and his son, and still is considerated a rookie 😜. He's simply a living legend.

You don´t need a wall full of awards and cups to be the best. Alonso did things that nobody else did, overtakings and risks out of this world. Stars overtaking 7 positions, running in rain as a god. Alonso is a legend with bad luck.

Lenhador Sem Pudor I know you are exagurating ( no idea how you spell it not a native) but nowadays it is still a lot of noise. I was at spa this year and i still needed earplugs because your ears will hurt from te noise.
Current cars are actually in a pretty perfect spot with engine sound when watching in person. Just so you don’t need an ear protection, but you definitely need to shout to a person next to you. I personally don’t care about the sound in F1, so current is better IMO.
The racecraft of Alonso unbelievable. He should at least be a triple world champion, if not a four time world champion in 2010 and 2012. If it had not been for such incidents that weren't really his fault like 2012 Grosjean at spa, who knows where this man might be now.. He may not win a championship or another race in his career on his return in 2021, but this guy deserves to be up there with the greats.
Brilliant racing lines, specially at 1:02. He goes for a deep breaking into a late apex because he knows the RB will try to defend and lose exit speed. There are not many drivers with such talent to find grip out of the standard line.
Thats what you do when you late brake too far and need to stop the car, you take a diagonal line to the apex, because a diagonal like increases the length of the braking zone and helps stop the car before running wide. But yeah, in this case it also helped defend webber.

Alonso skip gear 2 for got smooth out corner and that's same what Kimi do it. Why i said like that, because Ferrari have problem with spinning with rear tyre and u can see vettel lost with that's problem
My all time fav, used to watch F1 with my grandpa, may he rest in peace, when there was Alonso vs Schumacher every race, who he would cheer for, and I would cheer for Alonso when he drove light blue + yellow car. Later on even got a track with two F1 cars like on purpose one red like ferrari and the other one legit like Alonso, remember we would go 1 on 1, but of course the red car was faster and he would always win 😅. Those were good times.
You can just tell how much more perfect he drives. Even if the title of the video hadnt hinted it, i wouldve had my money on him passing that red bull all day long
