Kabita ji thank you so much for your guidance! I’m a cooking novice and your video helped me to make delicious aloo fry! The first time I prepped this recipe, aloo remained uncooked and raw.. I was disappointed.. but I realised novice cooks have very little patience. - we stir a lot unnecessarily and don’t wait with the lid closed for very long. We keep opening it and stirring it up lol (novice cooks gimme a thumbs up!) . This time round, I decided to amp up my patience and went through each step slowly just as you detailed it in the recipe. The final result was a simple yet delicious aloo fry that I couldn’t wait to dig up! It made me reminiscent of my school days when mom packed aloo with roti and ghee.. Thank you for the life skills that you are providing to numerous people! Also I love your sweet, gentle voice! 😍

The video started really well. Although I am not an expert in Hindi, I must say that you are very detailed even to how the potato had to be cut. Very nicely demonstrated. I am sure it will taste good. This is the first time I found that the music accompanying the video was perfectly balanced in the background without overpowering the chef.

I did it now and it tastes amazing. Typical aloo fry taste. I followed the measurement exactly and the taste came out delicious. I recommend to use NON STICK PAN ONLY and not any ordinary kadai as the potato tends to stick to the vessel.
