Aloo Matar Qeema
Heat
¼ cup oil
Add 1 tsp cumin
1 large onion sliced
Saute till golden brown
Add ½ kg mince (I have used mutton, you can use beef/chicken too)
Start cooking it on high flame
Add 1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
Keep mixing in between
Add ½ tsp tumeric powder
Cook till it changes its colour
Add 2 large tomatoes sliced
Keep mixing and cooking at high flame
Add
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin and coriander crushed
1 tsp chilli flakes
Add 2 sliced green chillies
Add 2 (or as required)potatoes sliced.
Add peas at this stage if they're raw (1cup)
Saute for 2 minutes
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Now add 1 cup peas at this stage if they're boiled.
Add salt to taste
1 tsp kasuri methi
Green chillies sliced
Cover for 5 more minutes and you're done
