ALOO PARATHA RECIPE WITH LIQUID DOUGH | NO ROLLING, NO KNEADING | ALOO PARATHA RECIPE | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 LARGE SIZE POTATO
CUT
POUR IN HOT WATER & BOIL
PEEL THE SKIN
GRATE
MASH WELL
½ TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
¼ TSP TURMARIC POWDER
1 TSP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TSP MUSTARD OIL
SALT AS PER TASTE
MIX WELL
1 CUP FLOUR
1 & 1/3 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
MIX THE POTATO MIXTURE
BRUSH OIL ON FRY PAN
POUR THE BATTER & SPREAD EVENLY
FRY WELL BOTH SIDE
POUR 1 TSP OIL

@@Mariana-sn5wn It had been a horrible experience, when turning over the paratha in the pan for the exposed surface to be fried, the material loses shape to a lump. Also after further trial and error, was able to maintain the shape but found the item semi cooked with taste of raw atta. It was utmost embarrassing since my 10 years old daughter had tasted the rolled and kneaded aloo paratha and liked it a lot. Thanks for your interests. Any suggestions will be warmly greeted, I assure.

I tried this.. But believe me it's not same like traditional aaloo paratha.. And took lots time to get cooked. Better we make it in authentic way.

For all those who are thinking to make it .. the reality will not meet your expectations. Cooking is a science, chemistry in which taste changes, even with minute change in receipe .. so this is no way a alloo paranta .

After pouring one ladle full I was sitting comfortably for 10 minutes watching RU-vid then going & turning the side & sitting for 10 more minutes 😂 lol this is the first & last time I am making this Paratha. Next time I won't even think to make it. Lol its a waste of time . Who ever cooks has to put 4 Pans on 4 burners then I think u can cook it in two hours. Verna u have to start for breakfast it will be ready by lunch time 😂😂😂😂

I did liquid dough aloo paratha in this manner after i saw this RU-vid channel. It didn't came properly, stickey and unable to eat it. I served the aloo paratha to my brother. But he didn't liked it. I had all the paratha because not to waste it.
