@@TacticalboredomWhen aircraft get damaged in WT, there is a damage model to show how bad the damage is - white/gray being undamaged, yellow being slightly damaged, orange being heavier damage, red being serious damage and black being extremely bad damage. Some planes - either in actuality or due to quirks in the modeling - seem to become incapacitated or unwieldy even with slight damage.
You grind for 3 years? Hahahaha… I completed and spaded the entire German air tree in 3 and 1/4 months 😐 (And it was my 4th top tier country) Edit: y’all need some perspective, all I have is premium account that I got during a Christmas sale years ago… and I work 50+ hours a week, I play maybe a total of 7 hours a week
@@TheNightFallen The air grind isnt nearly as bad as ground and you can do an air tree without spading it by playing a premium plane for about a month straight but thats really not a realistic expectation to have for other people who dont play 8 hours a day bud. Good for you I guess but I have 1000 in match hours in warthunder with about 1/4th of that in planes and I havent even finished rank 8 in any air or ground tree because i get to it and start a new nation instead of grinding 400k points for a single stock vehicle that needs 100 matches to spade.

I’ve had the AH 64D for a while and it was absolutely horrible, but now I have hope that they updated it or at least made some positive changes as well as the cockpit, it’s one of my main Helios in WT so I’m super excited it got some love
You had about 30 original planes to choose from for hungarian props. You chose a copy paste IL-10, Tu-2 and Yak-9P. At this point I genuinely hope you dont add polish or czech tree, if its going to be so miserably done
Smiggy, that there is a YUAF symbol, these may be the first Yugoslav vehicles in the game even though they are copy paste, I'm hoping that at least the YAK-9P depicted there is actually the IK-49 instead

but there isn't really a lot to choose from that isn't italian or german, i just looked and there is 2 planes that are originally hungarian and not a ww1 plane.
@@matejancso3393 They could have added: WM-16 Budapest WM-21 Sólyom (These 2 are great for low tiers/Rank 1) MÁVAG Hélya I MÁVAG Hélya II WM-23 Ezüst Nyíl Varga RMI-1 After that copy paste vehicles make sense, because Hungary was an Eastern bloc country, and now days uses Gripens, so that's understandable, but what they did was full copy pasting, they had no reason to choosen Soviet prop planes for rank 1, 2 and 3 other than being lazy.

It could still be something thats in it. Not all vehicles are usually shown in the trailer and some will slip in during the launch of the update after not being in trailer or dev server. Especially since it would practically just be the event su-25 and wouldn't require much testing@@user-cy1ru6oo9h
@@JAKOB420GAMING Of course they won't, the missile it uses never had that penetration, it's a 100mm barrel launched with no side-launchers, probably gonna have the same missile as the russian one
I had to grind most ground with the 3.7 line, because the 50s 60s 70s vehicles were trash. LoL. Now things are much Better for new players, and good for them.
Since Smigols comment seems to have been removed I'll express my dissatisfaction in a comment of my own. The choice of making the hungarian air branch into HuPAF+1, with no pre-46 planes at all is immensly dissapointing. Especially considering a couple of them would've been literally just as easy to add as this selection.
Looks like a great update but I think we should be getting some more ww2-early Cold War aircraft and tanks as it is a goldmine for things. For example planes like the me-263 or the Ho-XVIII Amerika bomber or maybe some tanks that could be implemented. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
For air battle sim, I would love to see the cockpit objects appear closer and solid, the flatness of the cockpit doesn't make it realistic. The field of view is not wide like that of the il2 where you can't differentiate vr from flat screen. I will be glad if they can work on this.
Today there was another leak list that said F-15C and F-4F ice are coming. It also leaked all the hungarain air sub tree vehciles and got them all correct so we might get even more thrn we though!?!
Absolutely disappointed in the Hungarian subtree. Was hoping we would get some iconic aircraft like the MÁVAG, Varga, or Weiss, but no. Looks like the only way you’ll be able to get Hungarian planes is by buying premium vehicles, and even then, all their premiums are just German vehicles. Thanks Gaijin
Hey gaijin I have a really good idea, what if you add trainer aircraft to the game this could include the L-29, t-6 Texan, etc. The planes would all have their own tab and they would also have a research tree but this tech tree would be much easier to grind for. When you wanted to use one of those aircraft they would have two game modes one is a training ground that is like the test flight map but instead has multiple routes you could take along with multiple targets to destroy. The second game mode would be were you and your friends can get on together and practice stunts and aerobatics. ( I know this game mode is basically the custom battles we already have)but it would be much easier and I think it would be a great addition to the game. I have one more suggestion for this update. This update could include different flight training camouflages that are in real life along with the addition to more aerobatic camouflages for more aircraft Thank you gaijin for this game I hope you take this update into consideration and add it thank you for all your hard work.
Gaijin: adds a subtree for a minor nation also Gaijin: fills said subtree with copy and paste stuff we already have like, seriously. Why no He-112 or an Re-2000/Mavag Heja, why no WM-16, WM-21, WM-23, RMI-1? You literally just looked at the Wikipedia of the Hungarian Air Force and took all the aircraft that were listed there. It looks like you didn't do proper research on this. I googled for like five minutes and found more indgigenous and unique Hungarian planes than we will probably ever see in game. Shame on you, Gaijin! I was kinda hyped for the Alpha Jet, now I'm thinking about sitting this one out again.

@@nuklear7074 What’s your point meant to be. They could have included the Hornet and Alpha jet in the same update so the name of the update works for both of them. It’s a huge missed opportunity to name an update “Alpha Strike” and not add a plane well known for conducting alpha strikes
If they are copy and paste, we don't want them. We want Hungarian domestically produced planes or modified German planes, copy and paste is simply lazy behaviour. Italy is now a dump of copy and paste vehicles I don't understand why they insist on ignoring all the unique vehicle suggestions we give them in the forum.

Funnily enough the French Alpha Jets never had a 27 mauser like it gets ingame so far, don't even think the french got a mauser from the germans, they used a 30mm DEFA instead. which of course gaijin does not know.
Im pumped for the new update, but i hope they do something to make heli easier to unlock, it takes like 3x times as long to grind 1 helicopter versus a tank or plane
Gaijin has the opportunity to sell overpriced High Tier (Top Tier in case of the Abrams Click Bait) because of their fame. And putting in modern stuff has the chance of gaining attention of people who only know that.
Does this mean that we can get modern Hungarian Air Force markings as decals? The ones in the game are just the WW2 army and air force markings, none of the modern ones or the soviet puppet ones either.
Even with premium, it will take a few more years to make almost no progress. Can't wait to have more aircraft in the game. I will never be able to use them because I have a life and don't sit on the game and pump money into it, and when I do spend money, I wait for sales because I am cheap. This is the only reason I got the A10 and F4 for $60 combined. They were on sale for 75% off just to die to a rank 1 at top tear or get spammed by Russian missiles nerf them for the love of God.
What vehicles I'd like to see in future: some premium Japanese top tier tank like type 90 (JGSDF Fuji School, or form any divisions), type 13 AA rocket carrier, tacam R-2 and škoda SK 13(TD variant of Vz.35 t,) Grill, covenant or A20 (churchil matilda hybrid), or american howitzer cariets....also Renault FT17?😘👉👈
