I was finding the Alphafly's too tight for getting them on quickly in transition so asked what the best solution would be... and gave it a go! I managed to fix the problem and race in some of the best shoes on the market.

Josh I´m having the same issue with the alpha %2 ...exactly the same number as my alpha version 1. The only exit I figured-out to solve this, was the same you had and sure I´ll follow yours.. Thank-you to put me in a confident mode to cut it ;-)

I’m going to try this. Bought a full size up, the problem is my accessory navicular bone on R foot, hopefully this will work. Thank you

Same problem it's so tight it hurts ,nike should fix it

you can also add a bit of "fray check" on the portion that you cut. it acts almost like a super glue to bind the fibers on the edge of where you cut and keep them from fraying any further. I'm sure you could pick it up at any one of your local art and craft stores.

Question for those who used Alphafly 2 in triathlon. how did you feel? Did you wear it smoothly? Please tell me the solution if I can't put it on smoothly.

Great video! What did you think of the arches? They seem high,,, is that in my head and a nonissue when you being running?

I don’t tend to go by time as every course is different and the race dynamics are always changing, but my last race was 3h54 ☺️👍🏼
