UPDATE: Hey folks! Thank you for your kind words about my AlphaZero videos! I don't have new AZ videos on this channel but I have created something even bigger: an entire chess course (Attack like a machine!) highly influenced by AlphaZero's play, with the main chapter dedicated to AlphaZero's attacking chess! You can check out the preview video and find out more about the course here: www.chessable.com/anna-1
--------
After the video "AlphaZero's Attacking Chess" Anna Rudolf brings a new game analysis to you, this time focusing on the positional aspects of AlphaZero's play: strategic plans, manoeuvres, the weakening of the opponent's pawn structure, and last but not least... a positional exchange sacrifice!

Antonio's videos are shorter. He doesn't have time to explain all the ideas behind the moves. Although I do agree that her knowledge and delivery is exceptional. She makes it sound very easy. Explaining the philosophy behind critical moves is a nice touch.

I agree with both of you, excellent points! Agadmators videos are more important for chess you could argue, as they are shorter and therefore get more views (we all want chess to become alot more popular, agad is doing just that). but Annas analysis is far superior!

Clear presentation and great content selection Anna! Shows how important it is (in a fairly closed position) to target an important weakness, bring all your pieces to their best squares, and not neglect those prophylactic measures that help stamp out any counter-play for your opponent. Of course, Alpha's acute sense of urgency and danger are not things that we could easily emulate, but understanding the process is a big step in the right direction.

Your comment is not only explaining brilliantly a chess game, but also emotionalizing it, although it is calculated by two machines far away from every human feelings. So you are referring a human game (chess), played by two machines back to human understanding (analysis with an emotional aspect). Really deeply moving your two comments of AlphaZero games. When two players make zero mistakes, really the only option is positional play with small strategies. These level games are really opaque to me, but thanks to your thorough analysis and narration I can follow it. It's really funny how the first 40 moves are almost all about a single pawn. Of course you can't be sure that this was really what was going on in AlphaZero's mind, but you make a convincing case for it. Thanks I enjoyed this very much!
