It's the sort of mindless, unnecessary overcompllication of (in this case) the concept of saving money that appeals to her, plus of course it gives her something to talk about and make content with, and flex her money, she wouldn't think about how she was advertising to be burgled. I really hate how amber has made everyone hate this style of saving. It's great for a lot of people. Myself included. Electronic banking is horrible for me. It's too easy to ovespend. it's too easy to just transfer money instantly and now I got more to spend!! It's great for those of us without Will power when it comes to shopping. Electronic stuff is not always the best, I know that's hard for people under 40 to grasp but it's true. People have been keeping money stashed at their homes for millenia. You can hire car services to take you across states. Most have a daily limit for the driver or require you hire two drivers. It's money there when you need it. What my brain considers a "need" is not always the best. So I use cash day to day Electronic allows me to overspend. Is this really new information to you?
