The alternating days thing wasn't working for me because I was perseverating on what I could eat on my keto days and then go a little nuts on keto days. This week so far I've set my carbmanager app to 10 carbs per day for this week and am just sticking to the extra low carbs. That way, if I want the nuts, I can have the nuts I'm willing to give up the carbs. For instance, yesterday I really wanted the Hilo ranch snack mix. Because it has three carbs, that's what I ended up having as my lunch. It seems to be working pretty well...of course we are only two days in. Lol

I guess I should have mentioned it is your food choices with all the chemicals and bad oils and additives that could be changed SO easily. I can give you perfect subs for the junk. You must not know what they are on those labels. Would you like me to tell you really quick? I don't want to waste my time if you don't really care. I am just assuming you don't know because I'm sure you'd never eat them or feed them to your kiddos if you were aware of what they are. I can list what I saw if you'd like ... I think when I hit my one year on Keto a new set of measurements, I’ll show my loose skin. Might be kind of gross. You’re the best and amazing.
I actually just made a video recently showing my loose skin. It wasn’t the easiest thing to do but the support I got was amazing. Yes! I am definitely getting skin removal!
I noticed that on the keto days you really didn’t have fats ?? What macros do u follow in regards to the fats ? Just wondering since I’m new to keto . Thanks
Those particular keto days I actually didn’t because I’ve been on a Joseph’s lavash bread kick 🤪🤪 usually I have a Chaffle egg sandwich for lunch every day. I’ll be making other videos that will give some other examples of what I eat. That being said, I do lazy dirty keto so I do not track my macros and I don’t worry about eating super clean ingredients. I honestly don’t have the patience for it haha But! I do notice that when I have a high fat lunch, it keeps me satisfied for a while! 🥰 so adding those healthy fats in for your first meal is a super great idea!
