Hi , I have a doubt when we put +1 sph then patient va reduce to atleast 3to 4 lines am I crt?

Not that much.. 1-2 line will be reduced with +1.0D. There is no specific rule though....

@@nsr2839 Binocular balancing is not about 6/6 visual Acuity. It's about balance of Accommodation in both eyes...

Watch the video again. There it's mentioned that monocular acceptance should be placed in the trial frame first.
