I have been looking for kanekalon hair online, but there seem to be quite a few different brands out there. Some have straight hairs, while others have a crinkle to them. When looking for kanekalon, are there certain brands that are better than others?
It depends on what I’m tying. The macrame cord is finer than the kanekalon so it gives more motion but is better when tied in shorter lengths (less wrapping of the hook). But the kanakelon works well where you need longer fibers that hold the shape well. Just think Puglisi for macrame cord and Kinky Hair for kanekalon.
