I’ve personally had to go against multiple doctors orders, G.I. Doctors specifically, they just want you on medicine, and refuse to acknowledge the gut microbiome. Had to heal myself, it’s sad here in America with G.I. Doctors. Granted you don’t need any alternative medicine, just dietary changes.

Ha ha, I'm a casual Wiccan that kept a couple gemstones by my bed to absorb bad dreams. They're not there now due to the need to declutter my desk and this morning, I had a dream where I was in a pool and accidentally splashed water on my phone and DS. I was really gutted that my DS and Pokémon game were fried so I think I'll put the gemstones back. I have a pebble next to my bed as I found it in my bag, not special or anything, I'm too lazy to deal with it.
