What if you dont like green vegetables! I stopped smokein cold Turkey it will be 6 months on the 2 nd of April im still haveing flare ups this whole month why cant i cant get no relief its like i didnt stop smoking at all when will i ever be able to breathe better! this is no way to Live im sorry i ever start smokeing im useing inhalers 2 different kinds plus i use a bretheing machine and stl not a whole lot of relief i cant even walk to the corner store with out getting short of breath cand even walk up a whole fligth of steps i have to stop half way to catch my breath if i walk to the kicthen to the Liveing room i short and out of breath like wtf it makes me so mad going to go see a pulmonary doctor for help hope it works
