Damn... Alton Brown's gotten a bit dark since the good ol Good Eats days. He went from educational cooking science to mad scientist Chef.

With all of Alton's crazy inventions I get the feeling he's 2 steps away from becoming a full fledged super-villain. Anyone else want to sign up to be one of his minions.

Imagine you go to Baskin Robbins and the guy behind the counter shapes your ice cream with his bare hands like that.

Not gonna lie, hearing Alton Brown saying "lick it" repeatedly is making me giggle. 😊

I was gonna make a comment about how he got his hands all over it, but this guy can do whatever the fuck he wants, he just invented carbonated ice cream.

How can Alton say "lick it" so many times in rapid succession and not sound creepy? Super powers. There can be no other explanation.

Alton Brown was the best thing to happen to Food Network.

I attended Alton's second 'concert' in Mesa, Arizona in 2014 and he demonstrated this there. It was a spectacular concert, filled with food demonstrations, musical breaks, (Yes, Alton also jams on the guitar!) and belching yeast sock puppets.

It's a damn shame he wasn't on Mythbusters more often.

A little more hassle, but it works better than liquid nitrogen ice creme. Something I use to do at a place I worked at until HR said I couldn't do it anymore.

I saw Alton do this at one of his live shows last year at Hershey Theatre, it was wild and worked!

fuckin cool dude. Alton is seriously the OG of all nerds..no nerd is as fuckin smooth as him. he was my Julia child growing up. and I am proud to be part of that cooking generation. Good Eats!!!!!!!!!

I have been a fan for several years as Food Network aired your Good Eats show. I think I've seen all the episodes. Your production team here also appears to be Top Notch. I just don't know why I haven't sought you out on RU-vid till now. I guess that little thing called life with all its distractions has something to do with it. I am back on track now. Thanks for all you do with my absolute favorite thing. Food!

I got the privilege of doing what Jason is doing during AB's live show in Colorado Springs in 2015 The ice cream is awesome. So was the experience.

The reason why they put holes is because it will explode? is this because of the pressure build up caused by Carbon? Because we say that as the volume of gas increases, pressure also increases. Please do correct me if i'm mistaken.
