Never think content isn't appreciated, old school RU-vidr's like you encouraged me and I graduated High School early in 2017, went to weld school for 1&half yrs, out of weld school on Thursday went to work that Friday, just finished that project here in SoCal after almost 4 years, true story.

Peter the fact that you can change the intensity while doing the work must make for some really good welds. I don't think i have ever seen you do a variable amperage weld using a mig.
Another banger of a video. Love the content. I’m not sure why I’m so intrigued with these machines and the aluminum welding. I have welded aluminum in over 15 years but I think that I’d like to give it a shot again. Maybe I’m just intrigued with trying to learn more since aluminum is so foreign to me. I think the only thing that has me dragging my feet with purchasing a machine is the intimation factor. I’m used to either just burning 7018 all day or hookin up a suitcase feeder and runnin wire
Zilla really likes the Latest thing in Mig Aluminium, I'm sorry I prefer Tig, even if you do get cooked more, especially above 250 Amps, Just from the radiation.
I just want to add, that welding has been good to you two as I note the portly beer bellies, which I seem to have developed , but not as pronounced yet. I am older than you two.Everybody I come in contact with say aluminum welding is too dificult. but if they followed your lessions and technic, it is not that hard. Things can go wrong at any time welding aluminum, so clean clean clean and run hot and fast for 3/16 and up. Another thing is this notion that tig AL is the thing,, yes if you have time and smaller projects, but I prefer mig AL, it is just so much more productive. Time time time , we only have so much then it is over,,, so just have fun and do the best every day.
Are you ready ? Sure ! All right :) Is RMD (Regulated Metal Deposition) used in Miller MIG welding machines so important feature though it's cooler than a regular short circuit MIG welding method ?
