it is nice.. i love these types of hearings that is just some great lawyering. no yelling, no arguing and acting a fool, just 2 lawyers calmly and professionally fighting for their clients. and im so happy to see you enjoyed it as well. we dont see this type of stuff on lawtube anymore..its all about a karen or a sovcit making a fool of themselves in court.. so when i get a case like this, i love sharing it with yall.

@@mrzfieldz.officialthank you for that!! All the new up and coming lawyers can and should learn proper courtroom etiquette/decorum and basic human decency and proper interactions. Frankly, the entire country should learn from these lawyers how to handle disputes, issues and the like!

I’m 7 years clean myself, so I understand the struggle. At the same time, she says “the doctor wants me to take all these pills”… maybe the pills will help though, and they’re certainly gonna be safer than getting fent off the street!

these exact cases? these are all new from todays docket... and i agree, some people do have naturally raspy voices, my grandma had a raspy voice and she never smoked a day in her life.. and im sure that talking all day long does a number on her throat and she also has to raise her voice all day... i personally love her voice.. i find it very soothing.

me too... i was really curious on how yall would feel about that case. it sounds like the ex husband really had hopes that he could reconcile with his ex wife and i agree, it sounds like now that the ex wife moved out, that the mother in law decided she didnt want him there anymore. even the judge said to the mother in law "dont ask him to fix anything else" and it seemed like that comment stung cause she immediately went to say that he was hiding from the proceess server and the judge shut her down real quick.

I do too, he seems like a decent guy, I hope he can move on and find happiness.

If you’re talking about the 2nd case with Mr. Montelauro, rewatch a couple minutes of the video and pay attention to the way he speaks and his body language. He’s almost definitely on the spectrum. You can trust me when I say that Autism sucks. The man needs to move, obviously, but neurodivergent behavior isn’t “pathetuc”.

I know, I think they keep extra jackets there for the defendants to wear on camera but giving that dude a sport coat to wear over his bare chest and big belly is definitely something the guards are having a big laugh about ha!

And she smokes, or at least I presume she does based on how raspy she is and how much she clears her throat. So she is a lady of mystery. A judge who is tatted up and smokes.

It appears more like he does not accept the situation that he is divorced. He suggests he is spending time helping her move instead of getting himself moved. He essentially states that he hopes they will reconcile.

that sucks to have to deal with, I’m sorry. and if that’s the case for the guy in this video, I do feel sympathy for him. at the same time, it’s possible that they’ve spent a long time trying to gently encourage him to move on, but he hasn’t been picking up in the cues, so now their recourse is to use more forceful means (court proceedings) to get the point across. that’s unfortunate for him if he IS in fact dealing with neurodivergence, but it’s also not an unlimited license to the grace of others. there is a fine line, and at a certain point using mental health to evince social credit verges on being manipulative - for instance, somebody might use the threat of self-harm to prevent a partner from leaving them (it’s an extreme example, not a 1:1 comparison, meant to show that there are limits to how much deference you can show somebody who’s dealing with mental health challenges). again, I feel bad for him if he’s struggling with this (and the mother-in-law doesn’t exactly seem like an angel herself!)… but while a potentially-undiagnosed condition might be the _reason_ for his obstinance, a reason isn’t always the same thing as an _excuse._

She has nodules on her vocal chords which cause the raspy voice and frequent coughing. They can be difficult to manage when one has a job that requires a lot of talking like she does.
