Uncondition Yourself is hands down one of the most important channels I've come across on RU-vid. It's helpful, it's entertaining, and its the need of the hour to be fair. Loved your episode on Body Positivity. Could you please do an episode on 'Diets and their impact on our bodies over time?'

Thanks for doing this episode, Namita. I have just completed 59, living with my 89-year-old mother, a brain-hemorrhage survivor (2004). She was well till 2015 when I got her to the hospital for a Cataract operation. Post-surgery, she started having symptoms of Dementia. It has kept deteriorating since then. We are only two living together, and I am the only breadwinner. And then the pandemic made things worse. For almost three years now, I have been working from home. I am a writer and communicator. I am summing up here as it has already gotten a long message. I will like to elaborate further if you are okay with listening.
