Am I Going to Hell If I Like Immoral Christian Artists? 

I 1st heard the Gospel of Salvation almost 50 years ago this summer 23AUG1974 by a witness of a Lutheran Camp Counselor who actually steered me away from trusting works and infant baptism. In other words despite whatever mistakes he may have made in his 2 hour explanation under the Majestic Rocky Mountains ( I believe GOD providentially set Up this Most Blessed week at camp ... though not in a strict Calvinistic sense... I was with a PCUSA Choir group from Indiana ..invited by those from an ALC congregation next door ) Having given this background, Our Youth Choir sang many of the 'folk' songs many from late Ralph Carmicheal, which was pre CCM era. The earliest of CCM type was Andre Crouch ( who was very popular in 1977.. guest artist at Michiana **Billy Graham Crusade at Notre Dame that May...local AoG church took bus....my IBC didn't support Graham and looking back, for good reason) **God led me to an IBC Independent Baptist Church in 1976 where I got Baptized ( NOT for Salvation, but as the 1st step in Discipleship ) My early teachers were Billy Graham, Hal Lindsey, Jack Van Impe, Jack Hyles, John R rice, Lester Roloff, Charles Halff...I got acquainted with the OLD time Hymns of the Faith, and stilled appreciated the more Liturgical Hymes of my old PCUSA ( listen to many Old time preachers on nearby WYCA Hammond IN in which the Old 'Haven of Rest' would come on at night.) As the 80s came, in my college days at Purdue, I was in more reformed minded circles and IVCF. Many of my fellow Brethren liked the late Keith Green. I for one never felt lead to follow musicians but Bible Teachers ( which I felt grieved at some reformed for their A Millennial, theology...though I was also active in Grace ( Winona Lake ) group promoting Creationist Speakers like AE Wilder Smith and Henry Morris when they came to campus. Unfortunately had crisis of assurance in 1982 when got caught up in charismatic theology and vexed by Oneness ( UPCi ) doctrines on Baptism. After Graduation I sought out Bible Churches who were under the spell of Loadship Salvation JMac. While all this is going on the was an exponential upsurge in CCM which I ignored at first , but as the decades continued the music in Church got louder and worldly. While attending a large Mega Church , there were a few good 'Creation' and Apologetic conferences held, but would draw about a 100-150 at most, BUT If they hosted a Celebrity Singer, the draw was in the 1000s. I'm glad I never grew a liking to CCM.

If you are worried about going to hell for some reason, then you are not going to hell.

If you believe the gospel and Jesus your savior there is no condemnation for you

No byway to Hell if the artists are merely immoral. But I would have grave fears for anyone with bad taste. ie who likes really talentless singers, plastic crucifixes, preachers with too-perfect teeth and suchlike monstrosities

Will you go to hell if you are an IMMORAL CHRISTIAN ARTIST? And what about if you " Depart from the faith and give heed to doctrine of demons? 1 Timothy 4:1. Or if you have an "evil and unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God"? Heb 3:12. Or you are severed from Christ and fall from grace? Gal 5:4 GES believes that once you are saved, you can walk in darkness, walk after the flesh, you can commit adultery, fornication and even commit murder and heaven will still be your home. GES believes you can depart from the faith, give heed to doctrine of demons, have an evil and unbelieving heart and fall away from the living God, AND YOU WILL STILL BE SAVED. OSAS........This is what GES believes.
