Hi Olivera, why is soy joghurt not healthy. I eat it since years and nothing happened till now. Soy has a lot of benefits. What was the name of the film? And is it currently in the cinema?

Maybe I phrased it wrong as it’s not entirely unhealthy however, some soy products can contain a high amount of oxalates which can potentially be very damaging to your kidneys if consumed in excessive amounts. I have a family history of kidney stones so I’m careful with this! I’ve also noticed more and more brands that produce fake meats tend to state on their packaging that it’s “soy free” which gives me the impression a lot of people prefer to consume less soy. I still definitely eat it though as I love tofu but I always buy bio! The film is called “The Society of the Snow” and it’s on Netflix 😊

@@OliveraDarko Understand, but I think the most people avoid it because of false information e.g. that it makes men more female and so on. Ok, if there is kidney stone issue in general in your family you have to be careful in general. From oxalate I heard it contains spinach and some other vegetables. From soy i never heart it. Yes, of course organic is the best in that case. Thank you for your info have a lovely weekend!
