@@Average_Middle_Aged_American it’s an entire world to discover! You don’t have to like everything (i do not like tripe, usually), but liver is delicious, brain and sweetbread are amazing, and you cannot imagine how delicate fries testicles are (it’s like chicken, but that melts in your mouth). I never tries haggis, but i would love to!

@@Average_Middle_Aged_American what kind of meat lover are you if you never tried cow tongue?!? It’s not even properly entrails since it’s a muscle. It’s wonderful. In central italy they do this stew called coratella, it’s made with heart, liver and lungs (sheep or cow), and it’s so incredibly juicy. The lungs are made like sponge, the take in all the gravy, id really to die for. And in Naples they have carts serving boiled pig face. They cut thin slices of the nose and freshly squeeze lemon on it. A true delicacy. I was looking for an english language video about the topic, but apparently influencers haven’t discovered it yet. But you can find videos of the illegal sardinian cheese with live worms, casu marzu (literally “rotten cheese”, lol)
