Hyderabad is overloaded to move one kilometer it is taking 30mnts time and middle class people can't survive because 60% of salary need to spend for rents so people are looking to go back to their own state.

India population is on decline. More couples are living without child current individual financial conditions are worst due to inflation and economic slow down. Present IT companies don't have projects. Many people are jobless in USA. Dollar is crashing and no companies are interested in major investments

Just to do real estate business he bought half a dozen private universities to that capital .land prices went up .poor people bought flats sicne they can't buys lands in that region and paying emis from last 7 years .Our babus than Singapore minister friend who use to come up for every event of the captial was recently asked to astep aside by Singapore government on kick backs and corruption charges

Hype market in Amaravati, it will be a ghost market who buys with that price, when no one is there. This is the best to buy in west and south Hyderabad markets. It will easily takes 20 years for Amaravati to develop

To be frank everyone knows Chandrababu is only known for Real estate price escalation and set up his caste people around there. He did same in Hyderabad. Now he tuned Amaravati also in to Kammaravati. People over there see caste and sell lands or give rent homes. Once enquire u will know how casteist are kammas. If you know what kamma ppl did in hyderabad metro & did stunts talking on Modi you will laugh. Hope it again doesn’t become another Kukatpally

ఆంధ్ర లో పెట్టండం కన్నా హైదరాబాద్ లో ఇన్వెస్ట్ చేయడం మంచిది. అక్కడ కక్షలతో, ప్రతీకారoతో అట్టుడికిపోతాది వచ్చే ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు. అమరావతి ఎప్పటికి డెవలప్ కాదు.

Anduke YSR govt wisely took a decision to take up the capital establishment in already developed cities with in 10,000 Cr and focus on other welfare and infrastructure (Sea Ports, Airports, Medical colleges etc..) across the state... Unfortunately, the judiciary system is against him
