Have you missed out a couple of decimal points on the last three frequencies, because as shown they are low VHF frequencies - which may be correct, although if so they won't be audible in Western Europe. Note it's kHz, not Khz. (although MHz and GHz, etc.)
There have been some Ukrainian radio amateurs transmitting FT8 on 12m and 10m, up till a few days ago. You've also still got the pirates like D1DX still transmitting, despite the fact that it's not from a recognised DXCC.
Sounds like a big story for nothing. How can you have a qso without the participation of another station. Ukrainians were on the air all around. If they knew it was a real danger situation they would qrt. So, seems that only outsiders had to make a story.
