Eachine VR007 Pro FPV Goggle Review. These Eachine VR-007 pro review goggles were a TOTAL SHOCK. I knew that for $45 they were cheap but never did I expect them to be some of the best cheap fpv goggles of 2017. Link - bit.ly/2nSROkX
They are basic but they work and they feel great. they do not have the features of the fatshark dominator hdv3s or hdv2 like diversity receivers but they work great and are a fraction of the cost. Very happy with these and I think they will be great for people looking to try the FPV waters or people looking for a second pair of Cheap FPV goggles.

was literally watching the dys motor video and see this one pop up. I own these and I absolutely love them. i switched out the antenna for a foxeer circular antenna and it works alotttt better.

I bought a pair of these on a budget when I built my Martian 220. I can attest to how great these are for the price. No issues on my end, and the battery life on the battery is also pretty decent. I would recommend!

I have a set of the original 007. I liked them. I have old eyes and it was kinda blurry. I bought a pair of reading glasses with thin wire frames(real cheap ones from the dollar store). They fit just fine and it makes all the difference. I have upgraded to FS, but I keep them around for fly alongs. They are really cool, especially for the money.

I have a set of the Quanum Cyclops V2. They are little more expensive and don't include a battery (they will run on a regular lipo). The screen is a better resolution (800x480) and has a slider for the lens. They are longer and heavier so can press on your nose a little if you don't have the top strap set up right. The battery sits at the back of your head though. They handle 16:9 and 4:3. They have sockets for analogue input and output. A big plus for me though is that I can wear the Cyclops over my glasses. It would be cool to see Stew review the Cyclops but in the meantime I'm happy to answer any questions.

Jimster71 Love my v2s, but I do wish they had put the buttons somewhere else or made them less sensitive because it's too easy to mess up your settings when handling the goggles, especially when I let someone else use them. Nice improvements over the V1, which were my first goggles.

Anyone know the difference between the VR-007 and the VR-007 Pro ? I know the original VR-007 used a 2S battery but I don't see any other difference.- Great review as always, be sure to let people know they are NOT for people that wear glasses - Glasses won't fit inside. .

You mention the goggles lack the ability to move the screen out to aid focus (for old fart eyes like mine), would the introduction of another layer of (face) foam be sufficient to get better focus? Or are we talking movement of more than 4-5cm?

I have a pair of these 007’s, I’d like to get something smaller for easier travel, are the eachine ev100’s worth the $120? I used to have Fatshark Teleporter V2’s and seem they are similar to those which I was fine with those.

I have the eachine 007 and they are so light on your face and I didn't have a problem with focus. I prefered them over the tiny window you get in fatshark

Hi, I'm a total noob so sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I just bought a vtx03 and want to know which type of antenna I need to for it to be compatible, like a RHCP or LHCP type. I plan on buying the Eachine EV800 with either a AOMWAY 5.8G 3dBi RP-SMA Male Four Lobe RHCP or a Foxeer 5.8G 3dBi TX/RX RHCP, will either of these work? Thanks

The aomway ants work great on these goggles made a big diff for me. My little qx95 would only get about 50 meters away before the stock ant would start cutting out, with the aomway I was able to get around 150 meters before it would start cutting.

I can only agree, great budget goggles to get started or as 2nd set to let someone ride shotgun. I just put together 2 beginner fpv-sets for two opf my friends and those included the old version vr007. They are having a blast !!! 2x the following: Eachine 90GT PNP FlySky FS-i6x /w X6B receiver Eachine VR007 3x Zippy compact 2S 500 mAh Battery B6AC charger 10p KingKong 1935 props Skyzone 5.8GHz RHCP 4 Leaf FPV Antenna all in all under 200 bucks per set and including everything you need to start FPV

Nice review and I agree that these are excellent goggles for newbies. Just a quick tip for us old farts (but young at heart) like myself and Trev. I found that switching the format to 4:3 (via the menu) really helped get rid of most of the blurriness for me. Also, the fairly large foam mounting lets you fit a small-med pair of glasses if necessary.

When the 007 were first released the resolution was pretty crappie. I'm not sure if they fixed that or not, but it was only like 240 lines. I'm surprised you would make a review video on goggles and not mention the resolution.

What would your budget suggestion be for FPV goggles that include diversity? The Goggles 2 is what I have but I'm helping a friend get into FPV (he's a fellow amateur radio geek as well so antennas/diversity are big for him) and I want to make sure I'm steering him right. I love my goggles, but want to help him cut the budget as much as possible.

Hi Stew. Just purchased a pair of these to go with my $99 build and have not been able to get them working. When I charge the battery it flashes red and if the goggles are plugged in it's a solid red. However nothing has shown up on the screen. Any advice would be great!

I got these for a cheap set of ride along goggles because I always get kids coming up to me interested in what I'm doing when I'm flying and these are really not to bad for the money. If they had a focus slider, that would really help because they are a bit hard on some peoples eyes but they really are a good deal and well worth the money if you need a cheap set of goggles.

On the orignal 007 not the pro. it comes with a 2s 1800mah battery and you can use the fat shark one as well i paid 60 here in the states b its been the best headset since the kylins burned out on me.

I have these but I find that they don't fit on my face correctly.. If I lower them so my eyes are in the center of the screen, whenever I breath out of my nose they fog up
