To get the airplane to fly you should have the plastic motor part you made inside the plane and the wings need angled in the back so you can have lift like an actual airplane.

To fly, the paper airplane needs to be printed with less infill, and make that propelller like twice as large, adn spin it up twice as much. then it will work

@@engineericly the last one. the screw drill by hand. I've multiple uses for that, drilling and a cream/curd whip :P hehe sometimes I feel too lazy to get my whipper from the top most shelf :D

The paper airplane is too nose heavy. You need to experiment with balancing the paper airplane so that you can find the right distribution. If the front is too heavy, it will just nose down and drop like it did. If the back is too heavy, the wings will stall. Also, the bigger you make the wings, the more authority they are going to have.

All true. To make a bigger plane stronger, use card stock in place of paper. Use tape to stiffen it so it won't sag in flight. Lighten the engine by printing with adaptive and less infill. Make the shaft long so balance can be achieved through engine placement. Use a stronger band for enough power.

PLA is quite heavy, there is Lightweight PLA that "foams" when printing

Moin, 4:30 Brass nozzles also have a lead/plumbum content. The filament is therefore not safe to eat or drink. Apart from that, bacteria, germs and fungi settle in the grooves. You can't flush that.

The blade and the other 3d printed parts were too heavy for the paper plane that's why it didn't fly. So make it lighter as possible
