Back in the ‘70s I went to a Makeup Academy in Hollywood for a few months. We were taught the falsies under the lashes application as well as other methods. I’m almost 16 years older than you darling girl. But all my life I grew up constantly going to Huntington Beach. (I believe I remember you taking a short vaca there.) So many memories over the years with my family as well as my friends. My boyfriend tried to teach me to surf a bit North of HB. Golly, it’s been so long ago. But I believe it was Sunset Beach. I miss the entire area so much. We always hit the Jack in the Box on PCH for breakfast Jacks ☺️. It’s probably no longer there. But during the ‘70s, for the surfers breakfast, it was THE place. Sorry for the long side story Risa. You are an amazing, fantabulous young woman. I may not comment much, but this old gal really enjoys your channel. I also trust your opinions my dear. I absolutely adore Physicians Formula make up. Their Butter Bronzer and their Multi Coloured Cream Blush,as well as their Matte Monoi eyeshadow palette!All of them are a dream to apply and are certainly long wearing. I 100% agree about the Catrice foundation. I have dry skin,but if I wear the Embryolisse Lait Crème underneath it works a treat!👍

I have such a hard time putting on a full strip of lashes (no matter how much I practice!) & just a corner lash isn’t enough, as I have practically down turned, straight, stubby lashes. I think these would be much easier to apply. Thanks Risa. 💕

Lisa,great video as always and YES I love Lorac shadows too!!! They are so user friendly for mature eyes and the formula is top shelf! I have: Lorac Pro which is the oldest but still performs like new. There is a shade in there called garnet which looks great on my light golden brown eyes and it is like no other shadow I have. It is not a red base but unique! Lorac Noir Lorac Meraki Love all three!!!

Great suggestions. Adding the Peripera tints and gloss to my list. I bought a set of the ink velvet tint and liner mentioned in one of your prior videos, and they are very good. Recently, I had to go out of town unexpectedly and forgot to put my clean eyeshadow brushes in my makeup bag. I purchased the MSQ set and they work fine, worth more than the price point for sure.

Great video 👍👍 I remember when larock was always talked about I had a couple of their palettes from back in the day I even still have them they're definitely very expired but I can't throw away my palettes for some reason. that larock palette you just had and a few others was on the last 21 days of ulta sale that just passed for 50% off and I did not get to grab one either but I wanted one. Now that highlighter looks so gorgeous and that does look like an identical smaller version of the Natasha denona by looks if I've ever seen one. So pretty looking 💙💛❤💚💜

I bought the liner and stain when you first introduced them and loved them! Gloss too and love it's smell. Have a question: you mentioned in another video not to use eye cream above the eyes, why is that? Have several more items to try now! Also I have about used up my Catrice foundation based on your videos and plan to order again. Thanks for all you put into your videos 😊

I’m so glad you like the Peripera products as much as I do! To answer your question, most eye creams are meant to go around the occipital bone of the eye. Unless it’s specifically a “lid lifting” product, it’s probably too thick for our thin eyelid skin, and can easily get into your eyes causing irritation. It’s not that you can’t put it on your lids, it’s just not recommended. I hope that helps!

All the Lamora palettes are so incredibly good!! I was so happy to have found them back in January/February! And the nude is the absolute best dupe for the ND I Need A Nude Palette! I actually think the Lamora is better. They are a lil more buttery especially the shimmers! ND I kinda feel or a lil. Anyway, some of my top palettes!
