Pretty sweet, definitely see the RR influence. I think my next slippie with be that new RR Apata series. The fit and finish looks really good, I like how the China sticker can come off as well.

I guess I am missing the context behind the video but understand enough! I understand your opinion of JWK and that's what it is....your opinion! I say they are the best constructed slip joint I have ever seen....becasue they are. I've said it long before he ever sent me a knife and I'll keep saying it as long as it's true. Just like I'll keep saying RR knives are terrific value knives...as long as it's true! This Appalachian Jack...is fantastic for the price point...my opinion and I'll keep saying it as long as it's true!

The RCB Angry Bird knife! Yes i saw the same on that blade JB. Pretty awesome slipjoint with good steel. You could go as far as a multitool because of the prybar, i wonder how they constructed that one on the handle. I love this one too. Thank you for the review JB.

Just received my knife and got over the pry bar real quick! Sweet knife, and if they came in different colors I would certainly get one of each. When I run my hands over it nothing is proud and I cannot find a defect. Blue Creek Knives had it in my hands in fifty two hours and I live in the country. The pry bar seems like it would be very effective as a less than lethal defensive tool.

I am definitely a fan of Rosecraft Blades (Andy and Melina are so awesome). This slipjoint looks absolutely awesome but not a huge fan of the pry end. (Of course the pry end wouldn't make me not buy it) The quality looks like they are done really well. Looks like there are zero gaps. I definitely like their traditional knives the most. Great video once again JB. Hope you and the family had a great Thanksgiving.

The pry end is what makes the pattern, Andy borrowed it from an old cigar package where you bought the cigars that came in a box that was nailed shut, it came with the knife and you would use the knife to open the cigar box.

As alpine mentioned, the pry end is what makes the pattern and I was a little weary of it. I slip carry most of my slip joint so it wont be an issue for me! This one is done very well for the price point!! Thank you, we had a great weekend! Hope you did as well!!
